Thank you 💕
Boiling the pepper in its own juice keeps the nutrients intact but when you boil with water like you did … most of the nutrients is gone with the water . Also you can use the water you boiled the pepper as water for the stew base.. instead of throwing away.

Well-done Baci, we cook the same way, l don't use salt to cook, someone said salt is better....hahaha...the experts know better. I also like using the same oil l used for frying my meat to cook my jollof because of the same reason you gave... the rice looks very delicious and yummy. Well-done my dear.

Thank you ☺️ ❤️
You don't have to boil it with water, boil it by itself and it'll cook with its own juice and will not reduce the taste

Yes it can
It does't matters as long as there's enough onion in the stew, some people don't like to see long Strings of onion in there food so the shred it into tiny bits

Ngoziukeje, I believe that these people that are giving out their knowledge free of charge should not receive any kind of condemnation. All you do is take what you feel like taking and leave the rest or don’t say anything. I don’t care what KZread pays or gives them, it’s not worth their knowledge and their time. You coming at her like according to you, it doesn’t MATTERS as long as etc. Your English here might be a typographical error but you won’t be happy if someone comes after you for not saying or writing the right thing . I don’t know any of these people but it hurts me when people start correcting them. I would be happy to watch videos from your channel. I come in peace. Writing from USA. Thanks.

Why is the camera angle like that… It’s bothering me… Shit is sideways… annoying… and that’s sad because otherwise it’s such a nice video
People are funny o. This is not Hilda abeg. If you want to impersonate someone, at least keep your camera angles right and not upside down so we can properly watch the video. 😏
