I'm from SA, always frowned upon Nigerian food but today I made this... Will be making it in the future.. So nice. I used beef because we don't really have goat🐐 meat easily accessible here... Next I wanna try jallof rice. 😋😋😋
What's white pepper ma
Please where do you get your rice😩?
Please can i fry the meat if i don't have an oven?
I see that you always use long grain par-boiled rice. May I know the "why" behind? Tnx.
@Kikifoodies

Wouldn't it be easier to cut the meat in bite size before cooking it? I shall be trying this recipe though. We don't just call it goat meat in the Bahamas. We call it "mutton".
@Kikifoodies

You can do either way. My goat meat is tougher so it’s will be harder to debone and chop the meat in smaller chunks without wastage.

This is sooo nice. My problem is making the rice come out 'single-single' cuz my rice is almost always too moist and sticks together. How can I get your result please? Thanks
@martinsshade4188

I guess basmati rice does that and if at all the normal foreign, you seive out the water once its cooked. I hoped this helps ma

Don't add too much water to ur rice, let it cook more so with steam
@sandramuofunanya5652

For every 1 cup of basmati rice you need just 1 and half cup of water or 2 cups of water to cook it , also to not to stick together add lemon juice 1 tbsp per every one cup of water also cook on a low heat not high heat and use foil paper always so it steams very well thank me later

And if it's the normal rice we cook at home..measure the cups of water with the cup u measure the rice with
Looks so yummy. Can you please share the specific brand of the rice you used.
