While a real speeding dingy is a bit rude, even unsafe, the words have the sound of a great band name, _"Next up, the hot new single by Speeding Dinghy ..."_

Speeders used to cut the lines on a friend's crab traps with their props....until he replaced the rope with barbed wire. End of problem.
