Enjoyed your video. I planted speckled butter beans this year, also butter peas. I love having these in my freezer. So good to be able to have throughout the winter.

This is my first time growing butter beans; i pull the string like you but when I twist the shell doesn’t break open; the pods are quite hard!! Did I harvest too soon?? Too late??
