I really love watching y’all. My Mon passed away in March. Your cooking reminds me so much of her. She loved to can jams,jellies, fruit, tomatoes, etc. and put butterbeans, corn and peas in freezer

What do you use to remove the foam on top of peas when blanching?

I just picked up my phone just as your question popped up. I use a strainer, like a tea strainer. It catches the foam but still lets the liquid go through. My mama always used a big slotted spoon, but I like the strainer better. Hope this works for you. Thank you for watching.. 🌹
