Thank you so much for your amazing videos! I am wondering if you have anything for ending the addiction to trying to rescue and save others (enabling I guess)? It can be such an ingrained habit for children who were raised to be emotionally supportive to their loved ones when there was trauma.

Shadow work, listen to the emotional healing reiki on loop and let the memories come forward. Talk to your inner child daily. Tell them they’re safe, they need someone and that someone is you. 💗

Search ETTA ARLENE and whatever typa reiki u need and i guarantee u will find something in regards to that! Esp when it comes to trauma, deep rooted trauma, empathy or being an empath, habits, things that dont serve u etc. pretty sure u will find ur peace in one of these categories. I also recommend shadow work meditation. Good luck!

Shadow work is a theosophical concept perpetuated by Jung. What you have is a bad case of getting mixed up with codependent people...i should know, i have the same situation...they are soul suckers because a lot of them are also narcissists, but you can't tell at first. Also, I have come to realize you cannot say enabler and free will in the same sentence.
