Hi, even I am in the same situation. Even though I have cut off contact with that negative person and everybody who was present then but I still can't get it off my mind. Would you please tell how did you tackle it?

@@abcdmziI wish there was an easy hack for this. Honestly I do. But I had to heal and do so much shadow work and self reflection. Had to realize how I made myself too vulnerable to people who were deeply envious of me, saw me as a threat and were plotting on me the whole time. I had to realize that psychopaths and sociopaths really do exist and that they are ALL about control. I had to realize that they do not and never will respect the word “no” and will weaponize your insecurities, fears and words against you. I had to forgive them (took me years) and most of all MYSELF for not protecting my energy and privacy. I was too naive, too open and too trusting of others. And unfortunately we live in a world where most people see that as a weakness rather than something to be cherished. Most of all, I had to realize that other peoples petty insecurities, unresolved childhood wounds, unspoken expectations, toxicity, projections and control issues were not my fault. Everyone is responsible for not only themselves but their own healing.

All negative energy send by in laws and jealous siblings through gossip to be send back to them .

I’m grateful and thankful I trust my destiny and I do not give energy or pay mind to haters

Dude, I can relate. I am in a similar situation, except I believe the ringleader bully is a dark empath in my situation. Hope you are loved and happy now

I have had 6 weeks off from work and have returned part time under my doctors advice. But there is a woman at work who has been bitching about me.. because years ago she had the same op and apparently returned to a different job full time at 8 weeks.. she's a nasty gossip anyway so I think has seen this as an opportunity. She was in a lot of trouble at work before I went for my op so I believe has tried to turn a negative spotlight on me while I'm not there! (it wouldn't be the first time) I expect it from her but the last few days ive sensed distance with the others.. they are tired and have been working hard and she is making sure people feel resentful by feeding it with negative comments.
