Let's start the new year with a powerful chakra meditation series. We think that in this historical period it is more necessary than ever to create a connection with the Universe. We have tuned all the tracks in this series at 432Hz, the frequency at which the Universe vibrates. This frequency is able to restore harmony and well-being in us. Happy meditation!
Svadhisthana, the splenic chakra or water chakra. It is the sacral chakra, and is located at the height of the genitals, in the lower part of the abdomen, just below the navel. Its energy represents emotions, spontaneity, desire, pleasure, sexuality and physical creativity. Its color is orange: a symbol of positive emotions, success and inner harmony. When the water chakra is blocked, it has a direct action on emotions. It may give a closure to the “sensuality” of life, resulting in difficulty in experiencing joy. Sense of guilt and shame, unfulfilled and obsessive desires, strong mood swings, fears and jealousies are also blocking signals at the second chakra level. Namaste

@@rowds this is very true but due to snesitivity is not like people do always impose it on themselves, especially if people nowadays on social media can intentionally or unintentionally hurt you, evwn if you respect yourself, that's why I believe sacral chakra needs balancing often.

Those who shame others are driven by the act of expecting others to pride on the same things as they do. A failure to succeed on a prideful matter ... It is taken negatively on the prider and hence the outlash. They feel like they cannot be responsible or are insecure about themselves for failing. If you feel like you are sensitive to shame, remind yourself of this. You are stronger than you realize. Ask yourself, are you expecting yourself to succeed-or are they/whomever shames you? Are your actions their responsibility or yours? No one but you can answer this. Just be you.
