Thank you very kindly for highlighting my comment! I’m glad that it resonated with you. I enjoyed the sacral meditation when I was feeling a little less energy than I am used to due to a cold! I felt like a lot of chakras get whacked by the various symptoms of a cold: head & forehead (third eye chakra) throat pain or infection, cold (throat chakra) chest / ribcage (heart chakra), abdomen & womb (sacral chakra) sexual organs, perenium, anus (root / base chakra)
