You need some emotional literacy exercises in order to completely soothe and heal all of the emotions which are congesting and paining your mind, body, and soul right now. There can be no healing of anything without giving it consciousness = a compassionate PRESENCE which seeks to understand. And the only way to give that compassionate presence to the self is via those emotional literacy exercises, which is something that a good parent teaches the kids by doing to them! But unfortunately, virtual zero parents acknowledge and soothe the thoughts and feelings of their kids. Give yourself compassion right now, not just awareness.

Also, nothing can trusty exist without being given consciousness - the universe even made us in order to observe it! Therefore, no one can truly and completely exist without giving that to the self, as the self is made up of two: the self and the self which observes the self. The active voice is the one that speaks, and the self is the subconscious which makes up over 90% of your mind! There is zero alternative to emotional literacy exercises. I use the Richard Grannon method that I learned here on KZread and it absolutely and completely changed and saved my life.

@@winxclubstellamusa thanks I will look into that! Another problem I realized I was having is I’m very sensitive to emfs and my home was filled with them.. I played a reiki to harmonize emfs in my home and I feel so much better.. The symptoms felt similar to a psychic attack to me.

If you're interested I highly recommended doing a search on the dangers of EMF's, there is a ton of information on what they are and how to shield yourself.. the best way is staying grounded and beware of scam products lol orgonite helps tremendously though
