    As far as difficulty of the CSGO clip, bhopping on it's own takes a ton of practice to be consistent especially in competitive matches. For this you have to line it up just right because if he gets stuck moving normal speed through the hole he dies instantly, he has to be crouching which reduces momentum, and then hitting the shot while moving is a challenge on it's own because csgo is not forgiving with moving and shooting.

  • @13374me

    Unless you have a smg lol, but yeah, I'd like to see them attempt some of the ones where they aren't sure if it's luck or skill with the game mechanics, I think stuff like this one would be very surprising on how difficult it can be.

  • @CPSPD

    @CPSPD

    Yeah that clip is actually insane. I can sometimes do the crouch bhop through that hole (maybe 1 in 50 attempts) but definitely not jumping down from the height of those bricks

  • @garji2477

    @garji2477

    It's a mixture of luck and skill, dependent on tick rate as well. If he's on an MM server with the standard 64tick servers that valve pumps out its a 50% to get a perfect bhop every time regardless of if you're doing it right or not.

    In the deagle clip he is running a setup for the deagle i like to call "the long dong" basically this setup makes the deagle a one tap to any part of the body (note i am talking about a one tap in normal core) the reason it is called the long dong is because due to these modifications it makes the barrel incredibly long.

    Hey thats me at 31:40! Feels like you missed a lot of details tho like me breaking the window to bait the guy to push, or seeing the sniper glare through the truck window and prefiring. Also using ground loot vs loadout teams. I don't really understand the reasoning of the guy in Nirvana t-shirt about playing smart making it less skilled, makes no sense if anything it's the opposite. Feels like he mixed up good plays with risky plays. If I jumped out the window they would have heard me break the glass and expect me to come around from outside. But yes the teams were definitely bad.

    don't forget positioning, exposure, thinking, listening, being mindful of surroundings, reading rooms, predicting areas of dominance. these all apply to core as well of course, but not being on top of those things are a lot more punishing in hardcore, because it quickly gives enemies that might be less mechanically skilled than you an advantage. for example, in tarkov, if someone knew they weren't the best aim, but they used their knowledge, intuition and positioning to their advantage to win a fight against a player who relied more on his raw mechanical skill, you wouldn't call that luck. however, with the way he stood 50% exposed in the middle of a funnel with sunlight on his body which would silhouette him like crazy, it's kinda crazy that he didn't get shot.

    Loving this episode! 8:56 Having died with 0-1 kills while using a flamethrower on that map, gotta say we disagree that this is luck. We would say a skillful use of a weapon that excels in limited circumstances - especially considering how much the enemy goes after people using special weapons like the flamethrower. A lot of the skill involves staying alive long enough to get to the point where the enemy is concentrated but it isn't shown in the video. Great work!

    As someone who heads a whole team of snipers who are irl friends and gets together with them nightly playing all different kinds of fps games, I can say for a fact, we definitely get some wild shit as snipers that we're able to do on a regular basis, things that seem like 1 off things to people who don't rock the same headspace as us, are often just mediocre kills, but we don't tend to try to care about being overly flashy a kills a kill and we just do whatever we can to get that kill, sometimes that means walking the dog (following a moving player directly ahead of where they'll step next with our scope and just waiting for the moment when we feel ready), sometimes it means quick scoping and flicking in the direction of their movement and just hoping it hits, sometimes it means slowly stalking them, going from one spot to another till we get a good angle, sometimes it's having one player out in the open to draw out the enemy, sometimes it's sliding in and hoping we can hit them and take them by surprise (and also hoping they don't have an LMG waiting to just light any poor sucker who comes strolling through up), sometimes it's just camping, sometimes it's using the hitboxes and/or textures of the buildings, ground, walls, and objects or terrain around us whether it be using it for concealment, setting up spots to trap players, (as much as I frown upon it, at points this one is useful) putting ourselves in little nooks and crannies where we can fire on our targets but (whether it be due to the way we're positioned, hit boxes for the objects/terrain we're using as cover being bigger on the side they're on, (some games will have multiple different shooting modes/settings ;for example in Call Of Duty Mobile there's simple mode)throwing off their shooting settings, or even simply letting them walk into the path of our bullets, sometimes we do get really crazy things done, sometimes we get 3 kill collaterals, sometimes one of us will manage whole squad wipes within seconds just from flicking, sometimes we hop down from an elevated position and pull a drop shot on someone across the map, ultimately I wouldn't say it's fully luck, because often times while we don't know what will actually happen we have the scenario we want planned out in our heads, but I don't know if I'd always kill it skill either, a lot of the crazy stuff relies on the enemies incompetence, or wrong place wrong time, or being put into maps we're more familiar with.

    the second tarkov clip reminded me of the oldschool Army Man Games, As kids we played against eachother, my bestfriend, my two sisters and me. We had a rule of not helping eachother after you die in some of those battles. In one game i believe it was 4 sandcastles that were connected by bridges on the top, i managed to sneak on one of the bridges, on the bridge was Bazookas spawning, so i layed ontop of the bazooka and never stopped to turn 360 Degree whilst searching for my Sniping Sister, man she was confused as fk when the rocket flew towards her :D For her i was just the spinning bazooka, my bestfriend just laughed his ass off as my sister was aiming past me me like three times but he couldnt say anything :P

    On the note of "hardcore vs not hardcore", I used to play hardcore search and destroy on black ops 2 with Ballistic knives and combat axes. Both are 1 shots in normal game modes, so using them in hardcore without reticles is just pure gimping, but it was great fun

    Playing dead in tarkov is incredibly viable. 30:00 is definitely skill. I've found that the more dead bodies surround you, the better your " camouflage " is against players but acting dead on your own is very viable so long as you haven't been hurt to the point of grunting. Leaning to the left and tabbing makes you look dead with just about every gun whilst prone so it is absolutely a skill.

    Leupold hamr. Worked for Leupold. Helped manufacture and produce those for the military. They are ok. What really stops you in your tracks is when you have a world class sniper of USMC sends in their personal field scope, and you see the dings, scuffs, and dents in the thing. Like, this has been in combat with some actual bad guys, and then after that, the scope has made it's way back to you, for you to fix it.

    Not to mention many games have consistent or semi consistent recoil and no scope patterns. In csgo you can learn to predict based on your movement where a no scope will go. Bring the odds to maybe 1/3 instead of 1/15. Or if it's the scout, 90/10 haha. Idk if Fortnite works the same way or if it is truly rng, but if there's a pattern then I'd say skill.
