SPD during a Pandem!c?! | Sensory Awareness Series

DISCLAIMER, PLEASE READ:
I was going to add this at the beginning in video form, but the audio was messed up, then I forgot to add in a title card with it so now I'm just typing it here.
I wanted to let everyone know that NO setback or inconvenience that I describe in this video is worse than dying, losing a loved one, becoming homeless, incurring permanent lung or heart damage, or any of the other devastation that the pandem!c and associated chaos has caused. I have been very privileged to keep my job (one of them, anyway, the other one I left voluntarily). Please know that I am keeping this in the proper perspective: my jokes/lightheartedness in this video are just me being myself, not an indication that I'm not taking the pandem!c seriously. There's a lot of controversy and nuance in the conversations we've had about the pandem!c, and while I've tried to do my best to summarize here, there are a lot of words I didn't say, and if I didn't include discussion of a topic, it's probably because I don't feel qualified or comfortable to talk about it.
That being said, this episode of the Sensory Awareness Series talks about life during Cov!d and how it's been affecting me, and how it might affect someone with SPD. I hope you enjoy!

I just found you yesterday. I hope you keep making videos (at whatever pace suits you). I'm learning to deal with SPD and I think I require constant engagement with it in order to remember how to deal with it and even to deal with it at all. Watching your videos is helping me.
