I actually like the Zi/O better than the replica ball, to me it just feels better but that's just my opinion :)

Thank you for this review. I almost ended up buying a Zi/O but thanks to your advice I bought a Baden Contender at a lower price, and I imagine it is a better ball as well. Thanks again, and please continue making new videos! Would love to see a review of cheaper balls as well as the Nike Elite.

Ah. I didn't know Nike Elite was an indoor ball. Good thing I didn't buy it.

I just saw on your page right now that, the zi/o got the 1st place and the nba replica only got the 6th place for the best indoor/outdoor basketball 2019. But your actually saying right now in this video that spalding nba official replica game ball has a great superior than the zi/o ball. Can you please explain clearly what is happening right now??

Find an old school David Stern signed ball from Ebay is the better bet.

I think agree what he's saying I probably should buy the Spalding Replica ball

Rafa Souza replica is better in my opinion but if you want a heavier ball then go with the ua 495

I also chose the Zi/O basketball from Spalding. Which it can be officially designed for indoor/outdoor play by dribbling, passing and shooting as possible. Except for dunking a Zi/O basketball as well by using one or two hands as a part of having a windmill, a tomahawk, a 360 degree or a reverse dunk. Especially some other types of having a basketball dunk as possible. Isn't that right, fellas?

I can never find the replica ball I even went to the NBA Store itself and they didnt have it

Don’t fully pump it, it has a recommended psi which has perfect bounce

The zi/o basketball of today does not compare to the ones made in the 80s and 90s. The old David Stern signed balls were comparable to an official game ball. Try to find one of those before you buy the zi/o ball of today.

The game replica is not a good outdoor ball. I wore it down after 2 months

My Dad bought two of the Zi/O Basketballs for the NBA that was made by Spalding. One from February, And another one from May 2017. So that's why it can be used for both indoor and outdoor play, And it means that it might've became as its second design from late 2003 to early 2004 as well. So the review makes it simple for these basketball players, you know? But I'll make sure that I can have two more Zi/O basketballs that can be in a late '03-early '04 design, plus four of the current designs for the NBA Zi/O Basketball. which it can be made by Spalding. Now if I have a total of 8 Zi/O basketballs for the NBA, I will store eight of them in the equipment bag as well. Isn't it true?

@@DwyaneWadeCounty Baden Contender, Baden Flex Composite or the Baden Cross over. For the Outdoors I recommend you the Wilson NBA Tie Dye or the Wilson NBA DRV Pro.

Your website literally says that the Zi/O is better than the replica ball. You state "I can't recommend the replica ball" on your website yet here you are saying the replica ball is better. Please clarify...

We've updated the testing since this video. The video here is over 5 years old. Based on more objective measures (we did actual tests of each ball) the Zi/O performed better. Hope that helps.

Find a zi/o from the 80s or 90s from Ebay with David Stern's signature. Thise are the zi/o balls that are comparable to the official NBA game ball.

@@xtinaztingz7 no problem. There are a few more than that. I have the same ball, one of the best i ever had. Its the original zi/o from the 80s. Got the right feel and weight because of the thick leather panels. Balls of today do not compare.
