Italian cooking is easy to learn. Only 2 Rules; Simple and Fresh. Then you're half way there. Practice some with seasonings and simple spices. You'll be amazed. This gentleman is a great example. "Tutti a tavola a mangiare!"

@prashanthdsouza1939 he didn't say but my guess is pinot grigio. It's the only white wine i cook with. Savignon blanc would be runner up but never chardonnay...too oakey and overpowering. All the best.

That little giggle after he taste the meal not only tells me that it’s good, it’s so genuine that it seems as if this is his first time ever having this dish!!
