Hello everybody! Cooking has always been a passion of mine and I have been sharing recipe videos since 2008 here on KZread! This channel started off with me sharing recipes passed down for generations in my family from Orsara, Italy (hence the channel name), but it is not the only type of recipes you can expect from me. I love to try new dishes and share the ones I enjoy on here.

Usually I'm not a big fan of Italian cooks. Many have to remind you every other sentence that they're Italian and how 'this is the Italian' way. This cook I like. You can tell right away from his accent he's Italian American and he's cooking wonderful Italian dishes. But he never needs to go on about how great Italy or Italian cooking is. For him his proof is in his cooking!
