Shrimp Garlic Noodles - quick, easy and incredibly delicious recipe! For dinner
These shrimp and garlic noodles are a real taste explosion. The spaghetti is perfectly al dente and forms the ideal basis for the intense flavor of the shrimp, which are roasted in garlic and butter. The fresh spiciness of the chili pepper and the sweet note of the cherry tomatoes give the sauce a balanced taste. A quick and easy recipe that promises unforgettable enjoyment at the dinner table. Ingredients (3 - 4 servings):
400g (14oz) spaghetti
Cook al dente
olive oil
55g (1/2 stick) butter
2 XL garlic cloves or 4-5 regular cloves
400 g (14 oz) shrimp (16/20)
Roast for 3-4 minutes
remove from the pan
olive oil
2 shallot onions, finely chopped
150 g (5.2 oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
1 dry chili pepper, chopped
1 glass of dry white wine
1 cup vegetable broth
salt and pepper
Let the sauce simmer for 7 to 10 minutes
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!

Beautiful recipe. You could easily cut 3-4 minutes from the video by reducing the chopping of garlic, shallot and tomatoes time. Also, if it were me, I would make the sauce first, that way you will be cooking the shrimp as the sauce is finishing. When the shrimp are barely cooked, then combine right into the sauce to finish. No need to set aside the shrimp and maybe overcook....even if it's off the heat. The difference between perfectly cooked shrimp and overcooked shrimp can be as little as one minute.

I feel there’s far too much garlic in that recipe. If I make it for myself, I will only use a small amount of garlic quarter of a teaspoon and that’s more than enough.🥰 I also would remove the chili peppers from the recipe as I do not like super spicy food .

T.O.P. ! ! ! 👍🥰👍 Danke für Inspiration & Rezept ! Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum alle immer Spaghetti nehmen, die kleinoberflächigen Dinger. An Spiralen bleibt doch viel mehr lecker Sauce hängen ! 🙂 Noch schlimmer sind diese Blödmannsgehilfen, die ihr Nudelwasser noch mit Öl "strecken", damit die Nudelz nicht aneinander kleben . . . denn das macht die Sauce dann nacher auch nicht an den Nudeln . . . 😞
