'Put salt at the end so it does'nt cook the meat'' when there is already lemon juice and zest, which cooks the meat even faster than salt😆. Still excellent video man, j'ai jamais fait de frites dans l'huile d'olive j'va essayer ça

Love your stuff brother but for this one, you should have used the real greek gyro ingredients that make Greek pork gyro superior to everything.. You need to combine 3 different parts of the pork, shoulder, pancetta and lean and then for 24 hours let me marinate with a combination of herbs like SAVORY.. called THROUBI in Greece... WITHOUT SAVORY SPICE you will never have the taste.. Also use mustard and for marinating the meat dont use OLIVE oil at first, it takes away the spice flavor. Better to use sunflower OIL.... Overall thank you for the video but since in all other videos you go in deep and kill it with all the details, i was expecting you to do the same thing.. Its not your fault, I blame the GREEKS you met on this trip! lol THANK YOU AND LOVE YOUR STUFF! Nikos from Minnesota

Eye spy with my little eyes...A Damascus steel knife! You like? If I had money I would probably be a KNIFE SNOB...I would give them all names like they were my children and brag about them, bahahaha. For instance...I would call that one you are using...GUSTAVOS!...GUSTAVOS OF DAMASCUS....GUS for short.. Maybe call the Paring Knife "lil Richard" Hahhahah! I 100% AGREE W/ JULIA CHILD, "STAINLESS STEAL KNIFES ARE GARBAGE"! What are your FAVORITE knifes? I want my knifes...THIS SHARP! Hebrews 4:12 12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Lets make the 🧀 JEALOUS and KISS tha EVOO! MUAH💋 MUAH💋! "MORE PASSION, MORE PASSION" 😘💋🍪! OMW! He said : "Thanks Papa'" before he took a bite! I ❤chief even more!
