Just to give you an idea how specialized they are. Training cause is 15 months and it can take up to 3 years to become fully qualified.

Once per week. Physical exercise is only about 20%, at most, of the training they need.

these are elite units, only country elite units participate in this challenge, our special task force only has around 90 member in total and the reason is the very harsh training and selection processes

@@INkosi_Sandile NIR = national intervention unit TRT = not sure, newish unit STF = special task force (our main elite paramilitary police unit for anti-terrorist and hostage rescue) mobile operation should be self explanatory
