My home, TEXAS! I will never live anywhere else. The longer I’ve lived here and the more places I’ve been to, it’s really incomparable and great in so many ways. TEXAS FOREVER! It’s Real.

Loved the video! As a chef, I would suggest an initial taste test of the spices and sauces using a very plain base - unseasoned mashed potato works best for the different ground spice blends. For the sauces, use either sliced cooked (boiled or baked) potato or perhaps some plain scrambled eggs. This method will give you a much better comparison taste of the spices/sauces, vs. just testing them on their own (which can overtax your palate) or on something intensely flavored (like a steak or burger). After doing this comparison test, then start experimenting with actual meats/dishes. Have fun!!

Jono you need to link your other channel brother. Also welcome to the world of flavor. (That is what I call the seasoning isle at the grocery store.) Of course we want to see you try this stuff. It will be really interested to see how the kids react to the different flavors. That's a nice bait caster. As someone who attended a senior boys' school in Cape Town from aged 13-17, I'm enjoying listening to the accent again. Our East African Anglo accent back home was lighter. My late friend Desmond Tutu retained his Motswana/Klerksdorp accent all his life, and we'd have fun listening to people speaking at various meetings, trying to tell which province they came from. He always won. An RSA boy wearing a baseball cap, though. We had safari hats as our school uniform. Junior, there, would look good in one!

Regarding house pricing, 2-4 years ago the interest rate was very low and the Market was relatively normal for the preceding years in pricing. 08 was a big crash because of lending practices so the years before and after were abnormal. Today the interest rate is higher while also having inflated pricing from the last few years. There is a supply and demand imbalance at the moment. I’d say yes most people can afford a home, it’s harder today than it was a couple years ago though. Many Americans that complain about not being able to buy a house also waste an incredible amount of money in their daily lives trying to live beyond their means. $7 Starbucks, very nice car, nice clothes, $1200 phone etc. There is a considerable difference in rural, suburban and urban home value as well. Then also a considerable earning potential difference in those places too. Buying land can be expensive in taxes unless you ag-exempt by having animals and livestock or planting.
