You know what Mark, I've watched just about every video/interview of our people before and after they've left SA. I think I've finally figured it out. Most black people are initially afraid of what they'll "feel" after having the Real South African Experience. See, if all you know or have heard about a place is mostly negative, your perception instantly changes when you see and experience the real deal. Some are afraid of the attachment they might have. I get it. But I wish all our brothers and sisters in the diaspora can at least take 1 trip to Africa. Just 1 trip. And some may not "feel" it and that's OK too. But you owe it to yourself to see and experience Africa for YOURSELF (not through videos online) before your time on this earth expires. Keep up the good work guys.

The real South Africa is not about money, but about helping people to realise their dreams of coming to Africa. Some will go to the graves with a peace of mind, that I have been to the motherland after years of yearning to visit the continent. May God, the Almighty bless you Mark and your wife, Dr Blenton for such a sterling working you are doing for humanity. Do not be moved nor lose focus in all this wonderful work that you are doing, helping people!

I'll be traveling to South Africa and Africa in general for the first time, on 4/30. I haven't made it there yet and I don't even want to think about leaving. The question of reparations is always buzzing. The US should work with African countries to allow us to have safe passage to return home. And yes, I mean in the form of dual citizenship. I don't want your holidays, money, or the like. Just give us safe passage to return home. That's all I ask. Why is that so hard?

South Africa allows dual citizenship. I know that some South Africans living in the US have citizenship in both countries. You do have to declare it to SA Home Affairs though.

Just take the leap of faith and do it my brother, come to Africa. Your government would not want that connection to take place. But I can tell you for free that there are many white people who made SA their home while holding dual citizenship with the UK, US and EU. We in Mzansi will always welcome anyone who comes here with positive intentions, more so our brothers and sisters from the US and diaspora. We love you and want you to come for a visit to our beautiful and sunny country.

Hello Mark. The ladies there are at home and now they are fearful of going back to Babylon were they will be judged by the colour of their skin. African Americans have a blessing of having to come back home with the dollar in their favour. Let they use it because we don't know if things will stay like this forever. As a South African, I will always welcome my DNA back to the Motherland.
