First time commenting, but I've watch almost 95% of your videos, you guy's have become inspiration to our country SA. I hope one this day's you'll be able to visiting Northern KZN , Richard's Bay, Empangeni and surroundings. The are plenty of tourists attractions special historical Zulu monuments and of course you can't go up Northand not visit 2 most popular Umfolozi and Hluhluwe game reserves. yes exactly it seems so expensive to live in south africa the property rates are high and also because you have to pay the security and levi tax, i am inquiring because i will soon be making my first trip to africa in december precisely in south africa and i have seen crazy prices from pay per month, but there are houses without the community ?

@@fede-HaitiaNAmericAnrimeircs91 Yes there are plenty. We cater to everyone's different needs. I'd never buy in a gated estate...I'm more of a stand alone kind of girl. When you get the time watch "Let's prop in" or "Luxury homes Johannesburg" for more of those stand alone/non gated homes...

@@fede-HaitiaNAmericAnrimeircs91 yeah there are, gated communities are expensive, those rates & taxes/Levi tax are sky high in gated community houses. it's basically renting a property you own🤦. There are better places to look like Waterkloof , Brooklyn and Bramley etc.. get a Stand alone property and then subscribe to a private security company👌 those area have great security companies. It's only $22 dollars a month

Every suburb has its own private security companies (Axon,Bull and ADT), most of the houses have posters on the wall or gate showing which company it's protected by. Some people don't subscribe but ask a connect for a poster just to scare criminals away🤣.

Dollars in black hands? We had 38 black people in SA on our real estate tour with plenty of black and while real estate professionals. Several people bought homes. When and where are these opportunities given. We are a travel and tourism company. Phil seem to be fine with the access

As much as I am happy about people visiting the country, the practical me also worry when they want to stay and buy houses with their foreign currency if with their demand will it make prices go up and will us locals be out price and no longer afford houses in nice places in the future especially us African people when we just started being to be part of that club of affording to be in nice areas too. I have seen documentaries on how something like this is affecting locals in Hawaii and I am also seeing it happening in Knysna especially in Knysna heads. Almost all houses in the prime land are said to be owned by non SA pips. I hope government has a way a protecting us especially with pricing. I hope. What is happening to Haiwan people is not joke. Seriously conflicted
