This is the one I go to when I want to sleep. No ads in the middle to wake me up at 3 AM, no birds squawking and no skipping over to another sound without warning. G'nite.

R.I.P Brad, I love these videos, I don't suffer from sleeping but I just find the sounds cozy and comforting. I hope someone can help renew the website somehow since I know it helped a lot of people.

It's raining, which it doesn't do so often here. Is it my Northern European genes that make me love the sound of it so much? My father used to say that the sound of rain on a tin roof was one of life's great pleasures, and during the first eleven years of my life I lived under a tin roof in the woods of a valley in Tennessee. I have two small sections of rain-hitting roof where I live now, and it gives me more of that pleasure than you might expect in a Mediterranean environment.

Cool, the 8 hour version! I love the 2 hour one for naps, this is perfect for a whole night's sleep. It's relaxing and comforting.

I really like this one. Reminds me of my grandma's house. I use to sleep on big bed stuffed with feathers in her davenport. The bed pulled out from the wall. The davenport had a tin roof. I always loved when it rain.

thank you for this it is something I have always wanted as i miss the home i grew up in it had a tin roof and i loved listening to the rain , this is heaven to me because I have not heard this sound for years will be listening to it a LOT.

Brad, I have enjoyed several of your recordings. Well done! Thanks for producing them and sharing them with the world. They are a real pleasure to listen to, whether for sleep or while typing away at work or elsewhere. Thankyou... this helped me so much while I was sick and having trouble sleeping. even if i couldn't sleep for more than half an hour at a time ...i could listen to this and it was pretty medative to listen to when i was half awake.

tin roof + thunder + my bed + my comforter = chance of getting some sleep tonight.

I love this one it is the only thing I can stand to listen to and be able to fall asleep I live in the city so noises keep me up this helps knock me out even with a lawn mower going ty

Hey I bought the MP3 and have it on my phone and whenever I am needing to sleep I play it and now sleep is associated with the video which really helps when I'm having trouble sleeping (worry, on an airplane etc). I also bought the Bose NC25 noise cancelling headphones and together they block out any unwelcome noise and let me sleep. I was recently on an 8 hour overnight flight and the baby right behind me (typical!) screamed for hours during the night but all I could hear was the rain on the tin roof. The other passengers looked pretty pissed off in the morning when we landed. I felt great!

I just love this. I live in a noisy apartment complex. It doesn't knock out all of the noise but it gets rid of most of it. Thank you! I love listening to rain and we don't get to hear that in CA much these past 4 years.

Sound asleep 10 mins in, if I wasn't about to wet my pants, I'd still be snoozin!!! Defiantly can be compared to a sleeping pill effect. I sure do love a natural solution! Thanks for your hard work. It's absolutely amazing.

this and some thunder are my favorite noises. When people tell me to go to my happy place I go to my bed, snuggle under my heavy comforter while it's raining. I live on the first floor of an apartment building but the siding is steel so I get some of the sound effect I love.

Hi for video it is good to have some movement because TVs screens will have an image burned into the screen if there is no movement. Have like a tree in the wind or even just to have rain fall on a window movement will save a screen. This will save your subscribers tv. Good videos.

Hmmm... youtube squished my video to a new format. It is what it is. It's all about the sound, anyway.

This is a giant help for me. I have big sleep issues at times. A genetic thing I guess. Thanks so much. I noticed some say that temp is a factor in how this affects them and that is true, but for me it enhances it. Gives me a reason to pull the covers over my head and not worry about sweating. lol Thanks for all the help.
