Sophie's had 7 UK Top Ten hits, not just 2. Plus 4 further Top 30 hits. She certainly deserved more than that though. She's released many great songs/albums over the years. I've been a fan since her "theaudience" days and saw the band twice in 1998 in Bristol. She was so good with them, I loved their songs. It's a shame they didn't carry on longer and that their 2nd album was never officially released. I've heard all the songs leaded from it and it was damn good!

It's a shame she doesn't perform this song live because it's a really great track. It's easily one of her catchiest songs. And the video is really cute. Sophie looks really beautiful as always and although I'm not a huge fan of her blonde hair, I think that in the scenes when she appears singing into the mirror, she looks perfectly beautiful.

One of my favourite songs and videos by Sophie. Glad to see it's been upscaled in quality. Sophie has always been so underrated as an artist. She's released so many great singles and albums over the years but so many times she's been overlooked, it's crazy. I saw her twice in concert when she was in her old band "theaudience" in 1998. They were so good. I loved that indie pop/rock sound for her, it suited her voice. Her pop and dance solo stuff has been great too, of course, and I have all her albums. I still have a soft spot for theaudience though. Such a shame their 2nd album was never officially released. I wonder if it ever will be, one day?!

I am so enchanted with this artist - I wonder at the fact that we hardly know her here in the US of A. It does not surprise me, America has slept too long. That is changing, and Sophie Ellis Bextor is a harbinger of things great to come. It is easy to extol beauty when she is right before your eyes. This is what the prophets foretold, a new world where all is love and all is bright and darkness can never compete with light. PS I love the English accent, especially in woman, especially Sophie's.
