Please tell us how to open Xavc s on PC or change it to mp4?

In case you didn't know: Sony used an anti reflection foil on the older generation displays. You can see the edges of the foil when you look closely. Apparently the foil wasn't the longest lasting thing but you can peel it of and put on a new anti reflection foil (there's an original from sony) :)

Can’t change it specifically in the A7II but you can help the camera by using spot metering and spot focus

I had it on those settings but I changed it to MP4 because the files were too big

The bitrate is higher, meaning the camera captures more information, that’s why it seems like the files are way bigger.

Move the ISO up, auto iso is the lowest setting so to speak

@@christianjmedia it's locked for me in movie mode. The problem is that I am trying to record my workouts and the lighting keeps dimming and getting brighter as the focus shifts between the objects I'm manipulating and my body. So my videos are coming out dark and the getting darker.
