Friggin hell, it's currently making me want to play something i'd never touch otherwise... Also, i've no idea how i ended up here.

10 years ago, I have problems with making a friend. Dragon Nest and this great song saving me from depression. In Calderock Village, this song played and I always spent 2-3 minutes closing my eyes, listening, and enjoying the song. Imagine about rest in the village after the daily commission, clearing quest, and a lot of memories. Thanks a lot, this song and Dragon Nest saved me and making a peace in my childhood age. I always take the time to listen to this song every day, and yeah a lot of memories.

I'll be in Saint Haven soon! The new song is written/composed, and the instrumental/arrangement is finished - however I am currently having major vocal cord issues and may need to rest it a month or so ;_; (going into the doctor's soon to have the issue checked out) I'm going to see if I can have the instrumental released in the game first, and will send along the vocal version as soon as my voice is well!

Dragon Nest SEA is a wonderful MMO :) If you're in the states, you'll have to play the NA version, but if you are in the South East Asia area, you can play the SEA version. Sadly, I live in the states myself, and cannot play the version with my song in it, lol!

Hi Erutan, I'm a big fan of yours. I am from the Philippines and played Dragon Nest since 2013, up until now in 2021, I'm still playing and gearing up my character. A lot has changed. I am one of the lucky people who was able to transfer my account from CC to Eyedentity. I am so sad that they are not playing your songs on the background now, but I would just like to say, I am so lucky and blessed to be able to hear your beautiful voice during the 45 level cap days, going afk around Calderock and Sain Haven just to listen to your songs. Closing my eyes while listening to this masterpiece brings so much memories in calderock village. It's so good and sad at the same time knowing those times will never come back.

Yeah, cap 24 very nostalgic, elf queen set from Mino nest was best set, haha. We must have climbed the fence so as not to get hit, that's the bug and we laughing together after clearing the nest 🤣

Genshin Impact released in end September 2020. While it took the world by storm, I cannot forget that Dragon Nest was the Genshin Impact of 2011, and this was the song that rivaled Genshin's OST. Thank you Erutan for this masterpiece 9 years ago.

@@thanhlee1014 I can think of no better game than Zelda to imitate. Zelda and genshin are both great games. Zelda definitely deserves more praise than genshin of course because the legend of Zelda spans many incredible titles. But Genshin is still fantastic in its own right. One do the things I love best about Zelda is the captivating music and scenery. Genshin executes this brilliantly as well, their composer (Yu-Peng Chen I think) masterfully crafts Melodie’s to best fit whatever region of the map you find yourself in

@@cassidynoel6930 thank you for your reply, maybe because I'm a bit fastidious, genshin is known to many people, but its gameplay is not really interesting like zelda, and gets bored very quickly, the gameplay is not innovative, it focus only on sexy characters to earn money. Regarding the music, I feel that genshin's composition is too superficial, they always try to focus on the best parts for the liyue without doing other areas

They killed the game though... After returning to the game, man it was a mess. I assume 1. They don't hire a writer to plan out the story after 50 cap and just tried to paint it with whatever that could works with their milking agenda. 2. Remember whe things used to be simple? Then 60 cap happened... And then 90 cap... Hell 95 cap and all those nest removal and reworks. No sane man would even play the game anymore in the official server. It was just so bad. The game is just P2W infested garbage. 3. They don't have a proper progression design and just pan out everything by copy pasting equipment with different name. Looking at the item guides, that's just the thing for the new stuff. Can you imagine the crap they made on the last 10 decade scrapped elsewhere. I fucking haye eyedentity

seriously this is one of the games that you wish it was a show or a series. there are many good games out there that you could wish was a real show but DN`s got to be one of the most of them. the story line is soo damn good aswell as the funny side stories and the feels quest where one of your most beloved character or main character dies. i mean todays show is those you wish it ended in the last arc because its now too boring or doesnt make sense to watch anymore.

I just started playing Dragon Nest SEA on May 1, and I remember the first time I stepped into Calderock village. Before playing DN, I had already fallen in love with this song, so it just sealed the deal when I heard it playing in Calderock - I remember being so confused at first because I thought my phone was ringing - but it wasn't - the song was actually being played by the game. I just - it sealed the deal for me. I'd already fallen in love with Dragon Nest because of the graphics and how different the game was from the last MMORPG I tried, but this made me love it even more. And Day of Destiny (the song played in Saint's Haven) made it even better - it's so hard for me to leave the towns to go to the dungeons now. XD Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you for creating such beautiful songs that give me goosebumps every single time I listen to them.

Yes indeed, One of the big reasons I played Dragon Nest. I would stay in Calderock Village and just listen to the music while maybe chatting with some guild members or friends. Sadly, I've reached the front lines already and it only has so much to offer until you have to start buying your way to keep up with the game.

same, i started reaching max level at cap 80. way back before at cap 60 where I started, im totally contented on having level 50 char.

yup cuz the one at calderock we all hate the blacksmith there there's actually a ton of players who lost their gears to that blacksmith while doing upgrades from +6 up when it's still 50 cap I had a +10 main weap and +9 2nd weap the rest was +8 all epic cuz I still haven't completed my green dragon set I only have the armor, gloves, 2nd weap and helmet

The nostalgia hits so hard! I remember playing on day 1. The level cap is just 24. The only Nest(boss stage) is the Minotaur. Everyone was spamming their skills in town(Calderock Village) that they decided to remove skill usage while inside towns! Man, I wish they remake the game. A massive overhaul of everything except the combat gameplay/mechanics. It is the bread and butter of this game. The multitude of combos you can do makes PvP so satisfying! Almost like there's no restraint in it. Even the Sorceress class can juggle other characters(not that they need to do it, it's just fun)!

Very amazing, I really enjoy your works. I frequently enjoy listening to many of your wonderful works. So thanks!

God, as a returnee player... I MISS THIS SO MUCH T_T God knows how long I spend in Calderock simply for this... and SH's previous theme too... I'm just filled with nostalgia and I can't help but miss the old days wherein I spent time and had fun with my friends back then :((

This song was the reason I even checked into Dragon Nest. Haven't found a game as enjoyable since.
