I cut er 50/50 in a carpro dilute bottle and mists very nicely and no discernable difference in protection. I use it as a drying aide mostly.

My preference is for using BSD as a rinseless wash. I power wash the car first then follow up with a mix of BSD and Megs Last Touch (60/40). Been doing this for 2 years on my daily drivers, at least once a week. I use Fusso Coat as my base sealant which makes the method not only possible but very safe and effective too. When the car is dirtier or during the winter months in the UK I use the pH neutral APC Surfex HD at 7% first. Leave it on for 3 minutes, rinse and follow up with BSD as above. I have not had to use shampoo in almost a year now. My process greatly reduces marring compared to traditional two bucket wash.

I honestly think that the two bucket wash is overrated 😊 plus I judge the effectiveness of my method on the basis that when it's time to polish the car (every 18 months or so) and do a chemical decon, there's very little on the car and I could totally skip the claying process last time. JWL Well I agree with the 2 bucket method.. If you have 1 or 2 grid guards in one bucket I think is safe. Well depends sometimes of the car as well!! For example Ive done a Dodge Ram in my latest video and I’ve used one bucket . But the amount of dirt and mud!!! I had to rinse the truck for about good 30 min just get the worst off!!

I love BSD, although I watered mine down slightly (about 75% BSD to 25% water) and find it much easier to apply... Haven't used it as a drying aid though, good suggestion 👍🏼👍🏼

@@alangligor Oh I do for that type of thing... I've learned from those mistakes over the years - going to the shed 6 months later to find a bottle of half molded useless product lol

Used it dry and as drying ade for years. Great and cheap. Now for autum/winter I got some Collinite 845 and plan to use it every 1-2 months, with bsd for drying in between. But had to get better spray bottle for sonax and also dilute it for drying. Works great and fast.

Can sonax basd be used on a Coll 845 coated vehicle. Does it aids retention of wax coat for longer period?

I mix Sonax BSD with 3D Final Touch. Good combo

Try a 20% dilution with Valet Pro Citrus Bling. Works great for me, even under direct sun (aslong the paint is not to hot). Ladt week bought a bottle of TW seal and shine to compare with BSD, or even try a mix of these 2.

Nice video, not sure why you kept putting images up all the time which covered the entire screen as that was pretty distracting to me. Need to try BSD though but a lot of people say 1 to 1 with water works really nice for application. I've got Beadmaker but wasn't too impressed. Bouncers Done & Dusted Si is a quality detailing spray but it does get your microfiber quite damp

BSD mixed with other products is the way forward. If you don’t like the grabby nature of of BSD mix it with a slick detailer. 50:50 with megs ultimate quick detailer, or BSD with FinishKare 425, or the better one is BSD with Chemical Guys hybrid v7.

Hi Mattyrallye!! Well ive had some meguiars ultimate detailer .. Combined 50 : 50 with sonax and I’ve added 40 ml of distilled water ... it was to thick at first! Shake the bottle for 30 seconds.. Applied it ... Well it is not as grabby... Loads of water beading .. It was on side panel. Quick wash no clay bar no iron fallout! And still plenty of beading!! Thank you 🙏 I All the best!! Nice video brother. I have applied a coat of Turtle wax ceramic + garphene Paste wax on my vehicle.I have a query that can i use SONAX BSD on top of the wax and is that a good idea as in will it act as a LSP thereby increasing the intervel beween waxing application .Are there any issues you see with that approach?

Hi there! Well you can try to dilute bsd but me personally I use a sealant or a wax or my favourite car protection for your paintwork a ceramic coating!! Well I hope it helps ! All the best!👍

its good idea to mix with destilate water and Sonax Bds 50/50 percent.???....after i washed the car....and still wet when i rise the sampoo.....after i spray this 50/50 solution on the wet car....and dry with microfiber towel....just little bit touch the paint ...dont move some much.....so the souliton will still left on the paint i think

Can I put sonax bsd on ceramic coated car for extra gloss. My concern is bsd does not contain sio2.

Hi Sai! How are you? Well Sonax bsd is very good as a detailer and gives very good protection. But to be used on its own , on top of a ceramic coating is better to use a sealant or a ceramic wax. I use BSD personally on the inner doors or on the inside of the bonnet ( the metal painted bits. In the boot area as well . Use a sonax extreme sealant to top up your ceramic coating.( I’ve got a video on my channel with this sealant) I hope this answers your question. No problem! Yes you may use both but on high gloss they are probably the same. Turtle wax products are ok I think .. specially the latest ones( I had some bad experiences with TW products) Me personally I would prefer products from: Gtechniq Garage therapy Koch kemie Sonax Meguiars These brands ⬆️ never disappoint! From cutting pads to deco shampoos to cleaning and sealants or ceramic coatings. Thank you again Ps make sure you apply them correctly!🤙🤛

Optimum no rinse wash and shine will work out sooo much cheaper and you never need any Drying aid with it as even if you breafly dry your car with towel onr wash and shine will end drying car itself leaving perfectly dry car with insanely good appearance. Jack wash car with water then grab thick towels heavily soaked in properly deluted onr, fold towels to get it squared then wash your car with thilese towels while flipping sides of towels as they get dirty, lightly pressing on towels while washing your car. (You can prespray car with onr if you want for extra safety before washing with towels) but I don't . Then breafly dry with towels and fall on your knees looking up the sky saying ty my Lord and then cry from happiness realising how cheap it turns out. Leave all those weird expensive drying aids and quick detailers alone Do yourself a favor P.S. I am not an inventor of this method but here you go ladies and gents Yours faithfully : Antidote
