There have been several pieces for left hand written for Gary Graffman as well, the teacher of Yuja Wang and Lang Lang Amon others. He still has his right hand, but can’t play with it due to injury.

On hot days, cold beverages indeed aren’t actually ideal. You don’t have to drink hot beverages, but lukewarm is much better than cold.

Cold beverages make you heat up because your body needs to bring it to room temp, its better to drink warm/luke-warm/room tempt drinks.

Riichi mahjong is a game of luck and skill. The shorter the game, the more luck is involved and the higher the variance. But over a longer game duration, hypothetically the better player should average a higher placement as there would be less variance. A noob can beat a pro in 1 hand of mahjong. But it is near impossible for the noob to beat a pro even half the time over 100 games. But tbh, it may just be because east games are too short for KZread videos and no one plays west or north.
