thanks for the answer .... i bought some of those little draws ( prob for screws ) from aldi cost about 8 quid ,,, with 32 little draws and 1 big one and put mine in there 1 draw per year ,,, keep up the hunts really enjoy them

Two lovely Olympic finds, and some decent keepers, but I'm no longer keeping the Prides as I have a few. Had a reply from the RM regarding a mintage figure question I asked to them. The answer they gave was there would be no changes to any mintage figures. 😳 So I would be interested to know where all the Platinum Jubilees are as we only know of the 2.3 million that were put into circulation 🤷🏻‍♂

I sent about £40 prides back to postoffice yesterday but I have kept about £10 I've kept a sealed £10 of queen's memorial 50ps that I'm keeping 😊😅

What is you find record post office vs bank etc. Do you find that one is better than the other for finds? I've only ever done two coin hunts. First bag I got £250 of 50ps at the beginning of August and got 8 sealed bags of King Charles Queen Memorial coins, and then only like 5 more commemoratives. In my 2nd bag out of £250 I got 2 commemoratives and that's it.

you can't believe in ebay prices. same coin can vary from a few pence to thousands of pound.

You have to ignore the outliers. But if there are consistent sales at a price then it is very trustworthy in my opinion.

How did you source the coins? I've been asking banks and they won't give me more than £50!

Some top finds and a contribution from Snax....old school..... Quick question...I keep my coins in an album....how often would you recommend changing to a new album to reduce potential toning?
