Today we are hunting for rare and valuable commemorative coins, we are hunting through a big bag of £250, direct from the Bank!
We are hunting for new coins from the UK to add to our collection of 50p coins.
We are hoping to find all of the Beatrix Potter coins (including Jemima Puddleduck, Peter Rabbit and Flopsy Bunny), all of the Paddington Bear coins, the very rare Olympic coins, including the football 50p (offside rule) and Triathlon and Judo, perhaps one day we might even find a 'lines over the face' Aquatics! We are, of course, also looking for the rarest 50p of them all, the 2009 Kew Gardens 50p Coin.
We also collect coins from the British territories; Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Falkland Islands, Isle of Man or even St Helena!

Fantastic Goalball 🎉for your 📘😊. Also, NHS is a nice keeper as well.😊 I got 2 x NHS this week. My best coin this week was IOM 2007 100 years of TT. 😊 It was in a rolly over bag which contained 19 Commemoratives and a 2008 Britannia. 😊 I also got Olympic Cycling this week. 😊

Well, slow to begin with but got going in the end. NHS is a nice coin, a keeper all day long. Would've been nice to see the 75th NHS anniversary 50p make it to circulation too. 👍

I found a kew gardens a few days ago. Must have been out of a set . Has frosted look to queen's head and pagoda.
Poor King Charles! I hope he has many years ahead of him but I fear not 😢 Thereafter, we will no doubt all be searching for King William V coins?

Hi lafta...I have come across an old size 1978 5 pence..the obverse is perfect but the reverse is missing..totally blank. My first thought was this is post mint damage but I have checked the weight and it is exactly what it should be..5.65g...I am a bit unsure what to do now...any suggestions???
I got a 50p Coin with a lion on top of a crown and my friends are saying it is rare can you confirm of it is ir not?
Because the banks demand that you have a business account in order to get bags of coins, then their charges are simply something you have to bear in order to continue your hobby!
