The reboot is works for me, never thought of that,thought it got nothing to do with my tab couldn't charge...tysm ❤

It was my AC adapter. The adapter itself is fine; I use it to charge other devices. It would act like it wanted to charge my tablet but then I would get the pop-up that it wasn't charging at all. I found another adapter and it's slowly but surely going! Thanks!

Mine is doing the same. A black white and grey battery symbol but no green or lightning bolt to indicate charging.

I just left the charger plugged in overnight and when I looked next morning it had sorted itself out.

I think I know why mine won't work it's because a little bit of the piece inside of the place where I put my charger a bit broke😢

For me was turning my tablet off, not restarting it, just turn it off and the tablet started charging.

it actually started when it didn't charge over night

Mine won't charge past 85% even overnight. So frustrating. I'll try all of these steps except factory reset. That'll be my last resort.

it is limited to 85%to extend the lifespan of your battery...go to settings/battery and device care/battery/more battery settings and then enable or disable the 85 %limit

Go to settings/battery then look through for protective battery and turn it of. Hope it worked!

The best method to fix charging issues is to buy an iPad instead. Never have any trouble charging it. My Samsung tablet and phone constantly have problems.
