Except its not really a solution.

This is a terrible solution. Any websites that uses animation will slow down by 95% including Google maps.

is there another solution? because if i use this solution my cpu will have all the heavy duty work resulting in overheating etc, i need my gpu to do the video decoding , my pc becomes extremely slow if i disable hardware acceleration

Only way is to try updating your GPU driver then turn on your hardware acceleration.

put "chrome://flags" in the URL bar, search ANGLE, and change API from default to OpenGL.

that shit know all.. i need ace for online poker.. or CPU is on high - 95% .. with ace 30:25 .. make new method
