I have same issue only on chrome browser in firefox issue does not appear. Any solution?

you have to turn off the gpu acceleration in the settings

i have the same problem. no fix so far.

Have you recently tried to overclock your gpu?

If there are artifacts because of overclock then they're there all the time appearing and dissapearing, not only on youtube, this is caused by youtube/browser
