I twisted my ankle quite badly by falling of a curb near my house. In an hour I could not put any weight on it. It was throbbing and I elevated it with ice and feel asleep watching youtube. This music was playing when I woke up an hour later though I had not chosen it from the list. During the night I had a lucid dream that I felt was healing my ankle. This morning It is 95% better, just a little ache when I walk. This is truly miraculous and given by God.

I only came across the hz frequencies in the last 3 weeks and it's amazing how it has calmed down my over active mind and anxiety. I find it hard now to want too listen to anything else, I play them in bed and in the lounge as background sound. My mindset has most definity become calmer, happier, more peaceful, positive etc. What a tragic shame humanity does not know more about them. I now never stop raving about Solfeggio frequencies I have even started to play cat ones to my elderly boy. I have been listing to this particular "Sound/Frequency" for many months now..this DNA /Cell Regeneration is amazing to my well being. I do not have to be "Stuck" inside the person I was not pleased with..I can now release the past & not have it follow me around..my skin is glowing..6 months..at least 5 days a week..put it on at night when ready for sleep & allow for it to play through! It is amazing!

i have been falling asleep to this every night for the past 2 weeks, sometimes i listen 2times per day, and my skin has been glowing and thanking me for it. So thank you Jason. It has also calmed me more than anything i've ever listened to. 🙏🏾 i don't know if it is the reason my months old chest congestion has healed, but i no longer have that problem. this sound is now a part of me....I am grateful

I have had PTSD for awhile from when I was attacked by a pit bull at the park, so walking my own dog every day has been awful. I remembered my ethics teacher mentioning the tone before the attack and I listened to it while I walked tonight and I was so at peace. What a wonderful thing.

Slept with it on all night. I woke up feeling real totally unstressed and some body pain eased up as well. 528 is the number!

I normally do frequencies meditation, because I have a rare condition, an auto-immune system disease. I found this frequency ,which I have been listening for the past 3 days. And my skin, yesterday was just glamorous. And I feel grate. Thank you for sharing. Love and light.

I have had serious psoriasis for 3 1/2 years. Nothing I tried on my skin or taken internally helped much. I was listening to several of your other recordings for a couple of months and came upon this one. I listen to it every night as I am going to sleep. LOVE it. What i find amazing is my sin has cleared? Is it possible this music is doing the clearing? If I stop will the problem come back. I do not really want to try this just yet. Either way I LOVE what you are doing here. I have never slept better. I had insomnia in the worst way. Not saying your music is so boring it puts me to sleep.It is so soothing it seems to relax me to sleep and stops my brain from playing with the monkeys. Thank You Thank You!!

Thank you Cheryl. Deep breath you nailed it.It has been a hard four years. I quit the job that was mistreating me. Fortunately I was old enough to just retire. My psoriasis flair is now over. Thank God. Now I need to heal my heart from losing my husband of 31 years to pancreas cancer. I need to get back to listening to my Solfeggio tones. I find myself poking around at them until I find one my body just goes. Ahhhhhhhhh Yes and continue to listen to it until my body says enough move on. I will work on arranging this . Thank you again for taking your time to comment to me!!! You dropped in with your words of wisdom out of the blue and I am going to listen to your recommendations. Well. I'm a longtime spiritual seeker. My senses are telling me this is truly healing and a righteous set of sounds. I sense healing vibrations working at multiple levels in my physical body. It also holds a beautiful spirit. You made a believer out of me. I'll share it... Thank you...

I recently got 2nd degree sunburn on my shoulders and my shoulders were blistering, in huge pain. I discovered the Sofreggio Frequencies through researching gregorian chants. I played this specific frequency on repeat and fell asleep. I woke up, looked at my shoulders, and the blisters were practically gone! I did it a second time the next night, and now my shoulders look as if I had never gotten blisters! Coincidence? I think not!

I have to say.. Im usually quite a sceptic when it comes to this kind of thing.. I want to believe but I want to experience something before i can truly believe... Tonight, on a whim I looked up 528 mhz to listen to whilst I'm sleeping. i normally listen to ted talks and such but don't normally get a great night's sleep. Whilst listening and reading all the positive feedback I felt myself sinking into the bed, floating almost... I was quite taken back that i felt something and since listening and writing this I just feel my whole body becoming relaxed and becoming light headed... It normally takes me ages to get off to sleep. Now I'm going to rewind and listen from the beginning... Amazing!! Thanks for sharing!! Much love 😆

This kind of music in my therapist's waiting room would be so much better than that NPR talk radio and elevator music... This would put me in a better place to talk to him too.

I had a cyst excision in my sacrum area a year ago to the date. The doctor said it was supposed to be healed within 3-6 months. The 25th of November is when I found this healing frequency of love. It is crazy that this is the very thing I was struggling with, healing. Listening to this everyday from now on. Healing prayers are gladly accepted and welcomed by everyone.

I've no idea what this might do for one's skin, but listening to just the first 2 minutes of it this morning immediately had a remarkable effect on the chronic headache I've had (on almost daily basis, and in varying intensity) for the last 8 years or so. We now know, both theoretically through physics and empirically through biology and its applications in animal husbandry, that certain sounds (vibrations) have specific effects on animals, plants, and ourselves. This (and similar other sound tracks) will now certainly become one of the resources to use in coping with the exceptionally severe fibromyalgia I suffer from. The side-effect-free relief from pain (even if it may be only temporary) these sound frequencies produce is definitely worth the time investment it requires to incorporate listening to such tracks into one's daily life.

This is...I'm not even sure I can find the right words with which to do it or you justice. Of course it's got a celestial quality but it's so much more than that. It is as beautiful as anything I've ever heard but there's something about it. It feels, not sounds but feels as though I've been here before. I don't mean here on youtube listening to this but here as in this ethereal music. It is an experience & I've had it before. So utterly familiar, & sitting here right now listening to it, it begs me to remember. I don't know how you created this, maybe you have been here before too & your merely pulling it from the recesses of your soul. Very beautiful, Think about it for a min. your skin is the biggest organ you have, it covers your entire body, with tiny pores that take in everything from the exterior. this is so nice to give it love.

My baby boy Duane Zappa is a very alert little boy , hee sees everything and always getting nervous... Like too much going on into his little head.... I and my son were always difficult to go to sleep. Though we were already in the bed, still our eyes couldn't be closed at all. that s why we always searched youtube to find the good music for relaxing our mind and bodies. I thought I stumbled upon this by accident. Now I'm thinking, this was no accident. Diagnosed a year ago with Emphysema, (stable at present). As I'm listening to this gentle frequency I can feel a an icy sensation flowing across my lower back that radiates upward and down my arms. Does this mean it's working? All of a sudden I feel energized. Thanks

Hi Cheryl, I have just discovered healing frequencies, and I am sure that it is no coincidence that i stumbled upon them. I do not have a clear understanding of their effects though, and since you seem to have had experience with them, i was wondering if you could help me with a few suggestions about which videos and sounds i must listen to. I do not understand frequencies, tones, binaural isochronic sounds etc. was looking for something that would act as a focused and hardcore attack on cancer cells, and aid the patient in communicating his refusal to host and sustain those cancer cells to the cancer stem cells, through vibrations and frequencies. I found a video that emitted just the 528 Hz sound (though an analyzer told me that it was probably around 538 hz) without any accompanying sounds. It made me wonder if the direct, pure frequency, without any layering of sounds has more impact, as a healing sound. Is that true? Could you please suggest the frequencies, and videos that would help with the fight against cancer? I apologize for the long message, but I wasn't finding specific answers anywhere. I would really be grateful to hear back from you. Thank You.
