I had the pleasure of touring this home last week! Beautiful and high end. That outside area is perfect in every way. Arthur Rutenberg Homes build quality. I’ve purchased a lot in that community of Bella Vita Estates and I’m finalizing a floor plan with AR Homes. I’m super excited! Great video of this home Joe!

One of my favourite houses that I've seen inside and out beautiful and i wouldn't change anything.

Joe showed my father and I several beautiful homes in Orlando's suburbs, such as Lake Nona, on short notice last week. He was very thorough and tailored an individual plan per our taste. He is very knowledgable about the area and wants his clients to understand what each neighborhood provides. Ultimately, we decided to explore other parts of Florida. We will continue our search with a realtor Joe personally recommended. We highly suggest you trust your home search to Joe because he will get the job done.

My gawdddd... that master bath blew my mind. I don't like so many offices but I'm sure you can turn them into gym or other rooms. Tvs look small for that room size And I love ❤ 😍 the glass pocket sliders .. it feels like ur outside and inside

Love this home. There's so many positives to this home. I'm sure that it would be so much more over in LA. I moved from NJ and NY so I know that this would be a lot more and the taxes would be killer in NY.

This home is soooo beutiful

Love the space in this home. The biggest problem with dinning areas, is they tend to feel cramped. Especially when people are sitting at the table and the chairs are pulled out. But the space here is enough that doesn't interfere with walking paths, love that. The only question is the garage, is it included, or is that extra. Is it 2 or 4 car garage. Can it be extended for a price. A look at the court yard would have been nice. But overall looks like a nice price for what was shown. I would need to make a few changes in the kitchen, and maybe the outside grill area, needs a smoker, or maybe a brick/stone style pizza oven. I'm a chef, and these are important pieces of equipment.

I give it my best thumbs up! I would love to see it.

Finally, Joe. Those high end appliances and appropriate Florida fencing. We both know anyone living here ain't cooking, tho. Carpet in Florida is a no-no. That outdoor living space is spectacular. This place here in Texas would run a little over 1.2 million. Maybe less. It is year round outside living in Florida, this the price.

Ahhh, I'm glad you finally approve. There's no body of water on this one :). I agree, they could have put higher end floors throughout on the first floor. Texas is pretty cheap - but this can be build elsewhere for cheaper as well. Just need a cheaper lot and neighborhood.

That would have been really nice. Everything as you see is a standard feature. The $1.9 million price includes everything, including the furniture. If you wanted to build from scratch, you can upgrade to a solid backsplash.

There shouldn't be any carpet in this house either, should have the heated tile floors.

I agree with you 100%, but it seems to be the trend for $1mm- $2mm homes around here.

What a pity you didn't show what was behind the door on the first floor opposite the stairs and the ones on the second floor in the entertaining area. 😔
