For a person that does not get impressed with just any home this one is stunning. The lighting fixtures, wow just beautiful. Even the pantry has decent shelving, finally not those horrible wire shelving. The only thing is 1 million and a half. Orlando prices have definitely going up.

@@orlandohomefinders I'm not familiar with Winter Garden as I haven't investigated the areas in Orlando. I was supposed to do that this year but we called it off due to everything that's going on but hopefully next year I'll be able to look into Orlando with more detail.

Love this house, just wish it had a formal dining room w/ a butler's pantry. Also an outdoor kitchen would be nice, but it looks like there is room to add one.

Hello AJ!! Thank you for joining me for the tour!! This house is fantastic. The space is utilized very well, there's already been several comments about the outdoor kitchen. I feel the outdoor covered lanai is great for lounging and the grill would be easily added on the outer space. That's just my observation.

Tasteful. Back yard needs tlc. Could make this my own. Favorite bathroom and closets!

Great house Joe. Nice to see some more of the high end inventory. The only thing better than the home is the location! We love Winter Park. The shopping and dining is amazing. It reminds me a lot of Scottsdale. This home/location knocks it out of the park and is at the top of my list. Great value in an amazing location. Have a great week. Best, Suman & Paula.

At $850k, this is a lovely home.....at $1.5m, not so much......$1.5m is grossly over-priced for 4100sq/ft no matter how high the finishes....I'm all for open concept but the kitchen n family room are sitting on top of each other.....We live in a world where..."build it and they will come" so I am sure someone will purchase this home.....But,great showing,mny thanks for uploading b/c it demonstrates the contrast of what's on the market.

Hi Joe, Nice to see a new video on Sunday afternoon. A little highlight at the end of the week. A really nice house, the size and layout of the rooms. The living room with the kitchen and the seamless transition to the backyard with pool is of course really great! It would be great if there was a balcony in the back. It's beautiful but I feel like the price is higher because of all the expensive tile and trim. I have seen similarly beautiful homes with less expensive trims for a fraction of the price. Still. It IS stunning!

Orlando Home Finders I have been watching your videos sometimes I repeat the ones I like. I got lots of inspirations for upgrading my own homes. Lol. I just got this new retractable fan/chandelier installed in my loft looking out to the lake in the backyard. Very nice. The kind that you can’t tell that it’s the fan, until you turn it on because the fan is hidden above the chandelier. Cool feature.

Outstanding home but is it worth $1.4million.......I don't think so. However I do like everything about the home except the pool area/backyard.....its so cheap looking (which is one of the reason why I don't think it's worth that much money). Nice video though.

I would like buy the house for 1 million and use 395,000 to brighten the interior and redo some details.

I preferred spend a lot of money traveling around the world, i don't need to spent million of dollars in a big house, high utility bills a high the cost to maintain a house like that. Rich people buy the house and they don't live there, use for business or investment . He cant put different house price option for people like me that for looking at that price. I always like his videos, and presentation

Lot of land!!!! Look at that foyer! ! An office!! Yes!!! It doesn’t even look contemporary in the foyer. However once you go into the living room, it is amazingly modern. That is ultra modern right there. Absolutely stunning. I love the quotes with the veining. It kind a looks like Calcutta marble or Carrera marble. I love that kind of sink. Are those GE appliances?

That table can seats six people. That was a good size walk in pantry by the way. You would want that in a pandemic. Or during hurricane season. Hhhhhhhh look at that pool deck. Absolutely stunning. A smokeless fireplace. I want that. I’m going to cry. Seriously. That living room is stunning.

A pool with a waterfall. Oh yes. No Jacuzzi hot tub??????? For a house that’s worth 1.6 million, you have to have a hot tub. This house is 1.6 million and it doesn’t have a hot tub.
