This house is Absolutely Beautiful! I Truly Love the floorplan! I would change 3 things: 1) Need a pot filler for the Kitchen 2) That 1st bedroom upstairs needs a Large walk-in closet 3) Add a Pool This house would then be Absolutely Positively Perfect!!! ❤💙❤

I thought the walk-ins in the MB were smaller than the one upstairs! I agree with the pot filler, the pool, and those two extra bedrooms on the 1st floor could add footage to the MB adding to the closets, the bathroom for a freestanding tub, bigger sinks/cabinets, linen closet, larger shower, etc. Of course these are all my wants that go along with the bigger price tags!

I like this house it has a very open feel, one thing I would change is the formal dining area, it just doesn’t look right next to the stairs. Also if you are going to tile in the bathrooms go to the ceilings, at the least it only a couple of rows more. Take care and stay safe

First off I stumbled onto your page I guess from typing FL real estate in the search bar and I literally unsubscribe to like six other FL RE page's bc your professionalism is unmatched. So now I follow your page and another RE page from Atlanta bc I'm deciding where it's best for my quality of life to relocate to from NY. I'm a New Yorker born and raised but now I'm entering my next chapter of life meaning time for me.. kid's are all adult's and out of the house and I'm done with the cold❄️ weather. I want something in the 5000 plus sq ft range. We already have 5 bedrooms and a large media room with an office and we need more space (rooms, storage, and bigger closets). Hopefully, in 5 years, we can build a large house.

This one is sold and the Community is sold out for this builder.

The house is beautiful but I wouldn't want my child's bedroom so close to the front door. And the dining room right up next to the stairs. That's very odd. The exterior design not a fan of.

This is just my modest opinion. Why would you place bedrooms at the entrance of a home? I am seeing this more and more often and I don't like it. There should not be bedrooms near the front entrance of the home especially by the front door. I'm not impressed with the closets at all the doors are cheap. I don't understand what's going on with these builders and the Maze you have to go through from the front door to get to the living area. Bedrooms in the front entrance of a home are just not impressive. Always a great showing Joe you do a wonderful job showing the homes.

Its stupid as fuck to have more bathrooms as bedrooms
