I have their Cabana Mesh hat and its quickly become my favorite daily wear hat only thing I wish it had was the chin strap, but the soaking aspect has come in handy a few times and it is much cooler than my felt cowboy hat. I will say that their size chart runs small go for the next higher size. You can always use the included sizing sweat bands if its lose. I have their leather crusher in XL and it fits prefect but in their the mesh hats I wear an XXL they measure different

Our handmade hats do vary in size sometimes. You can get a chin strap and watch our video on "How to add a chin strap". They are really easy to put in. Thank you for your continued support!

noticing different styles in the soaker lineup but they all look alike to me. What's the difference in the Cabana and mesh soaker soaker

Dear Garth, could we carefully remove the circular metalpin on the band and put our own feather or insignia onto it? Is it difficult to remove?

The pin can be removed, however if you look closely, it is holding the two ends of the band together. Although we sew the band on, this gives it extra security, you might lose that by taking it off.

Can you soak this on in water for a cooling effect?

It is one of the best features about this hat. The Soaker is amazing too. You dunk it in your ice chest, lake, pour water over it...give it a little shake out and put it on. It's like a AC unit for your head.

How do you mold them into shape. Mine came all warped on the brim. I've tried and tried to bend it into a shape that looks good and not like some cheap hat I bought at Wal-Mart. Please explain to me how to re-shape this hat before I send it back!

@@chinook6986 Yay, happy to hear. Did you know you can dunk your Cabana in an ice chest or lake, give it a couple good shakes, put it back on and it acts like a mini AC for your head. THE BEST!

I sent your team an e-mail on why this is the only style you make out of this material that is waterproof. Why not the Barcelona, Key West, Ranch Fedora or Irwin in this material for water sports?
