Ingredients:
12-15 dried Kokum
1/2 cup water
1.5 cups fresh grated coconut
1 cup water
1 chili pepper
3 garlic cloves
2 cups Kokum extract (using only the soaked water)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 curry leaves
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
2 tsp coconut oil
