It's easy to think the way you are thinking here. But just imagine the police suddenly decided YOU are the one who did it (these particular victims.... instead of Grossman, they say it was YOU). Imagine people calling you a psychopath for denying you had anything to do with it. It only sounds callus because you believe she did it. In this particular case, I think she did it and she knows she did it and wants to evade the punishment. But denying responsibility for something does not mean you are unsympathetic to others.

Hey lady! That’s not how things work with a trial. A jury is, as far as is possible, impartial. Heard of that? Understand that? Jurors listen to THE EVIDENCE. Heard of that? Understand that? They did this in YOUR TRIAL and BASED ON ALL THE EVIDENCE BEFORE THEM found you GUILTY of KILLING TWO YOUNG BOYS. In YOUR CAR WHICH YOU WERE DRIVING AT HIGH SPEED. The boys and their mother were on the pedestrian crossing. You know, that place where DRIVERS are mandated and expected to stop to allow pedestrians to SAFELY cross the road. THIS FAMILY DID NOT STAND A CHANCE. But you chose, by deliberately speeding, to put yourself in the situation WHEREBY YOU CRUELLY TOOK THE LIVES OF TWO TREASURED LITTLE CHILDREN. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU. But it’s all about YOU YOU YOU isn’t it 🤮 Good luck with sentencing 😁 Your antics to date with your trying to get out of your sentence BY SERIOUSLY DEVIOUS AND ILLEGAL METHODS will come in handy when the sentencing judge is making their decision. Boo Hoo Baby 😂😂😂

There is still a very good chance that she won't even go to prison in the first place. That is, if all of this plays out the way I think that it will. They will drag this thing out as long as they can. Eventually the charges might even be overturned as well. These people have a lot of money. And time.

Legal cases can be protracted and painfully slow for those seeking justice. That is a sad fact, imo. They require patience and persistence. I feel so badly for the family here that has to endure the trauma of loss of the two sons and brothers, and then the trauma of a prolonged wait for justice, which can be retraumatizing, especially in light of the devious perp who is remorseless. Worst of all is the loss of those two beautiful young boys' lives. They would be alive today, but for the folly of that selfish and stupid woman's reckless actions. . .

I think pretty much every vehicle DOES have black boxes to record data. You just don't hear about it because it's rarely reported on or accessed except for serious accidents. My 2003 (21 year old vehicle) Chevy pickup had it. I only found out after I was seriously injured in a head on collision and during the investigation by my lawyer he had to get my permission for the police to get the data off my black box, and it wasn't cheap either. Had to pay several hundred dollars to get the data. Maybe not as indepth data as they record nowadays, but it did show exactly how fast my vehicle was going at time of impact and leading up to it as well as braking data.

.08 BAC and Valium is probably like .16 BAC. You have to be flying if the air bags deployed from hitting a small child. Spoiled woman. The boyfriend should be charged for party to an offense. Typical progressive California will let anyone with money get away. The fact that she was even angry the car was disabled is shocking.

So the boyfriend was in the racing up to his neck. If the mother had not been quick enough to grab her youngest child and leap back towards the footpath they too would have been killed by his car. He then took off from the scene of a double fatality which he had had such a major part of causing. And he got off with being on the telly saying "oopse"? He ought to have been charged with accessory to 2nd degree - is that a thing? And he also ought to have been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident in which he was involved.

Lived in a neighbourhood in the past, where people like her drove cars very much like she was driving. There where speed bumps, but yet they contiued to drive very much in the same manner as, well, her. Their pricey cars would "jump up"after racing over those road bumps.. And crash down with some sparks flashing about. Yet the foolish madness continued, strange...
