I always knew that some Funkos had value, but that is insane. I think I said it in a previous video, but congrats on that find. I also don't see Vita stuff too often (or really at all to be honest) in my area, so I had never even heard of that game before. But now I would like it - although I may never find it lol. Great to see you guys trading and making it easier on the wallet in the long haul. I think the power of trading as well as the power of the ask is HIGHLY overlooked. Very nice prize there from Retro Rick, dude is such a great channel and person in his own right. I think the Sabrina should be a choice (if possible) for the next livestream. Feel like it would be an interesting and fun stream. Asura's Wrath is one I too have missed out on Dan, hope to find it one day for a deal. Arc the Lad is a series I have no experience with but working out a trade with a friend for either one or both of the PS2 ones. Dokapon is great. You guys will have a ton of fun with it. Though if you add CPU characters, they are really cheap. And yeah, Retrobit always prices really low in person. I remember buying SNES controllers from them for $5 a few years back.

Me and my husband love to watch your videos together. We are also a couple collecting together, we started collecting pokemon together and even started collecting games and consoles a few months ago. Sadly we are low budget collectors so we would never have expensive games but we are still having fun with it. Love the content you guys make, keep up the good work

@@JRPGLife yup! Perhaps we'll see you at the next one. Next time you are out this way for one of the cons, go check out Lost Levels in Claremont. They are a buy/sell/trade store..about one of the few out here worth checking out. Claremont is about 10 min West of Ontario where you were staying.

Holy cow! Einhander was selling for $200? I swear I picked that up for $60 back around 2017? And it was actually "free" considering I had some trade-ins the day I picked it up, along with a minty looking PlayStation PSOne LCD that the store I frequented happened to have that day. One of my best deals, IMHO, because that copy of Einhander is also mint.

@@JRPGLife switch version is a heck of a lot cheaper lol, $15 digital, I’ll buy it like that to try. It’s a very short game so no sense for me paying $100

In the context of going from 4 usd to like 700 that's great but considering that you could probably sell that funko on ebay for atleast 1000 I feel like that's a pretty bad trade.

We are honestly pretty happy with it. The danger of selling something so expensive on eBay is pretty intimidating to us, to be honest. Plus, after ebay fees and taxes we would have already been left with just about enough money to buy the game, so it all balanced out 😀

We do usually see vendors save their very pricey stuff for glass cases, so that seems to be a solid idea 🙂

$1500? That guy was overvaluing phoenix festa. That game even new typically is a $800-$1000 game. And right now there's a new sealed copy on Ebay for $940 buy it now.

@@JRPGLife ah you may need the Asian physical release like the a.w phoenix festa physical you bought in this episode it was only released in Asia (English box and game) and has the game on a cartridge and not just a DLC code. It ain’t cheap though lol.

We only went for the complete US retail set for Vita. We're not interested in collecting all 1200 + all-region releases 🙂 We picked up AW Phoenix Festa because we wanted to play it
