They have the 4 for games $20 and under and 4 for games $10 and under that is going on right now. You have to go to the stores to get the deal. It doesn't apply to online orders. its lame if there are no stores within 20 miles that have the games you want to pick up. I''m not hardcore enough nor do I can enough about Gamestop to make the effort haha :P.

I have to say, as a former retail employee in another life, i have to respect the consideration you are showing towards the plight of the average employee. its never fun working alone and customers get so pissed, but the reality is most of these people have absolutely no control over the scheduling are essentially at the mercy of big corporations. kudos to you

Your Gamestop journey is what i used to do before covid and in the middle of covid. I had gotten better deals at those Gamestops back then vs now. Its hard to find those deals again since they align their prices with the reseller market now.

4:04 That was one game I had to buy, and I did when it was on sale r Best Buy a few months ago. Love that game so much! I know you guys did this on a whim without a plan, but maybe next time since you know where most of them are now you could with a little planning make it to all of the GameStops. Perhaps do a pre plan trip to make sure you know where they are and if they aren’t permanently closed. Best of luck if there is a next time!

You guys are wild for this and I love it! I tried a similar thing recently and got about 3 or 4 GameStops in and called it.

Great vid guys, wish we had game stop still but they've all gone now. We only have one game store (CEX) second hand store but it's all over priced. Looks like you found some good things though... Mainly at the end, the last one was the best. Love the music throughout especially when your traveling. 😂

Great video! At the first stop yall missed Blitz the league 2 for xbox 360 which has SKYROCKETED in value! We do this kinda hunt every other weekend here in Texas! Always a blast but even more exhausting!

I took in some Xbox box controllers to one of my local gamestops yesterday and got silent hill hd collection and silent hill homecoming. Not the best of games but wanted them for my collection and it was nice to see ps3 games back at GameStop and for a good price too.

Hopefully the person who let y'all go back and check the drawers doesn't get fired for you shouting them out and that isn't allowed by corporate or something haha. I always get depressed when I go into Gamestops just from what I grew up with and where they are now. I only really have a Game Exchange, which my city's Game Exchange is not great, and 2 Movie Trading Companies(Vintage Stock) in my area to go game hunting. Also gonna go listen to the Chrono Trigger soundtrack now that you dropped that battle music in there. Great video as always!

I only go to gamestop once a month so i can use the 5 dollar rewards. Other than That. Pawns, goodwills and mom and pop shops I go to.

Simpsons Hit and run at the second to last is nice

Always ask even if they put some out. Some stores will keep like ps2,ps1,gamecube and others behind the counter while the others are out. Friday I found lunar 1 and 2 ps1 case and games, alundra cib ps1 and intelligent qube civ

the malls are the worst, they never have anything old in my experience

Just did a small run checking out 4 for 40 and picked up Ys IX, Star Ocean, Tactics Ogre, JoJos Bizarre Adventure and Wanted: Dead. Hate driving out here but it was worth it.

I don't even ask for 3ds anymore because the ones that they print out are the loose carts. the 3ds out on display are generally the ones with the case

OH MY GOD why were the stickers on the NES game labels I am not a hardcore collector but holy crap that drives me crazy.

This is like me every weekend except Hard Off... Last weekend was Gunma and Tochigi, this weekend it will be Tokyo and Kanagawa... Luckily all is cheaper in Japan except gasoline :D

Back when my GameStop had retro it was all behind the counter in a drawer and they knew me so well they’d let me go behind the counter and search.

@@JRPGLifeyea it’s sad my GameStop decided to get rid of them because they didnt sell. I mean with them behind the counter in a drawer what did they expect. Scored a 2ds xl last September for $30. Customer brought it in to trade in and was told they don’t do retro trades. I was in the store and asked how much he wanted for it he was like $30 couldn’t say yes fast enough we walked over to target and an atm as he wanted cash.
