I checked into getting a Russian fox. They wag, they also have more facial expressions than foxes. They bred foxes that were friendly, dog like, then bred them. They are so cute. And there is only one importer he is in New York, and it would cost $20,000. Some States don't allow " wild foxes", but these are domestic.

That's how Adam and Eve were able to produce multiple races from one kind. Amazing. But if we're going to tame foxes, I want to tame bear or tiger please.

I'd like to hear more about dogs and microevolution from a creationist perspective. If a poodle descended from a wolf, Finch beaks are no big deal.

Essentially, every one of those “kinds” which I’m not sure what the scientific term for it would be, is that the original animal, so the original dog, was always capable of becoming any of those other dogs if the environment called for it. Essentially animals, and humans, can be quite durable. Like it wasn’t environment change automatic death.

There is no evolution involved with any of what you mention but rather only the expression of genes already contained in the organism. All information is coded in at inception and there is no mechanism whereby any can be added later,. Information can however be dropped out as in genetic mutations (errors).

@@marktapley7571 "Microevolution" is what secularists call adaptation within a species of organisms, to my understanding. In this sense, evolution does occur observably in the natural world, but you have to pay close attention to the terms they use. Microevolution can also apparently be used to refer to speciation within a family of organisms. Their terms seem to be always changing, and "evolution" can be a broadbrush term referring to geological evolution, biological macroevolution, biological microevolution, and even cosmic evolution. And a lot of darwinists will treat all these things as though they are the logical extrapolation of microevolution. But microevolution is the only one that we actually observe. The rest is speculation based on worldview.

@@marktapley7571 this isnt true. You could never breed 2 wolves and get a chihuahua. We took a population of wolves, bred them, took the smallest ones from that new population, and repeated that over and over and over again until we got a chihuahua. The different fur color, claw size, body size and shape are all new genetic information that the wolf did not have previously

There seems to be more diversity in dogs than other animal ‘kinds’, I wonder if Ham, Shem or Japheth brought their pets with them on the ark as well as the 2 of each kind, so there is less of a bottle neck for them!
