Your channel has improved my backyard bbq. The format is perfect.
If you're in a bad mood come to Chud's to cheer you up and watch a good video. Love your enthusiasm and humor!
As a guy from a small German village i thank you for Showing me all this creative BBQ recipes!
A true American masterpiece. You'll be in the million sub club before long brutha. Congrats. You have a channel that stands out and you have some serious food skills.
I been down for a month with a broken ankle. Needless to say my daughter (5) and I have been binge watching your channel. Such great content and to the point. She loves the hidden surprise in the knife bag laughs every time!

I just found this channel two days ago. I'm loving the hidden surprise as well.
Your straight to the point style of format with the levity throughout is the best and most digestible format on this platform. Killing it. No need for buildup to dramatic music ending nonsense. Love it.
Fabulous. If anyone is looking to make this and take it to the next level I have a pretty simple hack: after cutting your baguette, lightly butter one side of each slice (this will be your bonding agent) then cover each face with some fresh parmesan cheese, you don't need a lot, just an even (not heaping) amount, then flip face side down in a non-stick pan for just a few minutes. What you have now is a toasty, firm, golden but next level flavorful baguettes that adds, but doesn't take way from the star of the show. I'd imagine you could achieve similar results face side up in the smoker/ grill as well, just never tried.
drum sticks! been playing drums for 27 years! awesome to see!
love your work Brad, im well on my way to opening my own business and the tips you've given for the food side of things has been INCREDIBLY valuable.
Ok you win! Making this Sunday!
Dude, you are the best. Hands-down. I hope your chick appreciates you.
You........Are......Amazing!!!!
Nice something I recognize drums sticks
your editing in the videos is always the best!
Looks good, I just started carnivore diet and need to adjust it a little bit but when I’m looking for something to try out I check out your videos! 😅awesome
I am not a fan of chicken, but THIS looks amazing and needing to be tried here.
Hey Bradley. Great video as always. Born-Raised and still near Buffalo. This recipe is pretty spot on to the one I have used for many years. The only difference I see was that I put about 1 cup + of Ranch into the mix. Thanks for sharing. Brooke your life is now complete!!!! :) :).
I love drumsticks... IYKYK
You constantly have me saying “ I gotta make this!!”
Best BBQ & smoking channel on KZread, in my opinion!
I love the subtle Alamo Drafthouse shout-out. One of the things I miss most about moving to NY from the ATX. They opened one about an hour or so south of me, but we haven't been since BC (Before Covid). We used to go for the big movies (Marvel, Star Wars, etc). Great job on this dip, this is going into my rotation!
What we learned today: when performing the official taste test, it’s preferable to avoid spreads, dips, and otherwise delicious ways to coat one’s fingers. The taste-tester is unlikely to differentiate between a finger and a smoked meat. Making BBQ and teaching life’s great lessons. All in a day’s work at Chud’s 😊

Same goes for feeding a boa. Make sure you wash your hands before offering up the mouse. You don't want your thumb smelling like the mouse it already looks like to your snake. You won't even see it coming when it bites you.
Oh Chud... You made a comment about a chicken salad sandwich and now I'm picturing this dip between bread for a pseudo grilled cheese 🤤🤤🤤
Drum roll please 🥁 Looks like a tasty dip! But now I'm wondering about some good crispy buffalo drumsticks
I'm making this for the super bowl
Chud, or anyone, if you need a good random laugh, turn the auto Close Captioning on at around minute 6:30 in the video, and watch the next 20 seconds. YIKES!!! Love your videos, brother! Can’t wait for my Chud Press to come in!!!
Recently discovered your channel and already one of my favorites definitely keep it up glad to be an early sub!
12:40 "This would be great for the Super Bow-el". Probably a better description than the trademarked name. Another advantage of buying a rotisserie chicken from the store is that they tend to be cheaper than the same chicken if purchased raw. Stores started cooking chicken to clear them out when they hit the sell-by date, and sold them at a discount. My favorite rotisserie chicken is from Sam's Club. A nice big roaster chicken with a delicious custom spice blend for $5. (The main reason I keep my membership...)

The sound effects with cutting the bread were over the top. Your videos always make me laugh and you give me great ideas to boot! Thank you
I watch a lot of bbq Channels on KZread. Yours is by far the best one.
Absolutely love these videos & I don't even have a BBQ or a Smoker !
I’m definitely doing this one! Thanks!
If you are feeling extra extra super lazy, I’ve used the vacuum bagged leftover rotisserie chicken meat from Costco to do basically this exact same recipe. As Brad said, It is super tasty.
Dip looks amazing!
Dry brine it in Sriracha salt! Get the buffalo part going!
You are cranking out the content!! My favorite channel by far...thanks for all the great ideas!
Made this for the Super Bowl plus wrapped a few in bacon jalapeños! Great recipe!
Great video! Thanks for sharing.
Super sweet. Love it.
That looks delicious! I'm definitely going to make this for sure. Great job!!!
Looks absolutely awesome! Gotta try it
You did it again. I'm not a football guy but nba all star weekend is coming up soon.
You sir are a culinary master! Being from Maine I love to see you as a northerner doing amazing bbq
It makes for a great condiment for hot dogs or brats
I’m so making this today
Just figured out what I'm bringing to super bowl this year!
Thats my Saturday cook sorted! 🤤
wow wow wow
That looks awesome
Bondage chicken, yum 🤣
Awesome. I’ve been doing a lot of spatchcock recently but this has reminded me how much I’m missing my chicken oysters… rotisserie chicken going on this weekend. Cheers Bradley. .
the way you trussed that chicken is giving me Shibari vibes
Great video can't wait to try this
looks yummy
Our friend does her buffalo chicken dip every year for their Halloween party; might have to show up next year with this upgraded version. After a few test runs, of course.
I hope im not the only one that noticed but was there a set of drumsticks in the knofe roll haha great video man
Amazing videos keep up the work.
This right here! Is a game changer!
Nice work
Now that's a winner 🏆
very nice!
looks good
Looking good to me!
Liked this one 3 seconds in
Looking good. Buffalo anything always makes my mouth water. This one especially. Although it made me realize, I don't have a rotisserie. I gotta fix that was.
Nice little nod to BBQ Pit Boys with the “pit master privilege”.
I watch a lot of cooking and bbq shows and Chud's always look the best to me. Not a huge production, just great cooking and easy explanations. My only gripe on this dish is the cost to make it. If you're bringing a side to a party, sure - spend $45 and a couple hours making it. But if you're hosting this is a mighty expensive dip to add to the rest of your spread, imo. Im also a cheap ass so maybe its just me
Thank you for another great video. And, if you ever get a crazy itch to fish Wyoming and smoke those T-routs give me a shout! There could even be a real snake in your morning boot!!
So need to make this soon
Somebody likes the blue cheese
Dude making it this weekend!!
I have made this and it is amazing!!! I used boneless thighs. A smoked shrimp dip is amazing also!!

Just in time for the Busch Light Clash this Sunday. Love me some buffalo chicken dip, never considered smoking it. Thanks man
Blue cheese ftw
That looks flippin amazing.
Kitchenade with the dough hook does wonders for shredding chicken nicely when it is just off the bone or just out of the cooker for boneless…
Dude - these vids keep getting better!!!!! Editing is awesome too!!!!! Come to Northern Ireland!!!!
DUDE!!! 🤤
Pro tip: Get a couple slices of Sourdough Bread, spread a layer of this dip and then add a couple slices of provolone cheese. Place on a buttered griddle and have a Buffalo Dip Grilled Cheese Sandwich! (Credit for this is the ABC Commissary at Disney's Hollywood Studios.)
now I have my fetish upgraded to chicken, thank you very much :)
Try it with red pepper flakes and crumbled bacon bits. It’s how I cook mine and it’s great.
I like how easily you shibari that bird.
Lol drumsticks in the knife roll
"Put it in your purse" is a joke I make with my wife every time we are at a restaurant that serves bread 😆
A kickin chicken dip done right!!
C.H.U.D.S - cannibalistic humanoid underground dweller 👀 80s movie reference 😁
A good source of chicken would be the 10# bag of leg quarters. They are in the $5-$7 range at Walmart.
Appreciate ya man . I found if u salt under skin own chicken and turkey also gets u to that level of crispy skin !! C u next week
something I have never made, but need to!
I love the video. But the main thing that got you my sub is the fact that every time you pull out your knife bag at the beginning you always have a random funny item. It's funny and I love it I always look for it. Don't ever change
Just made a Buffalo chicken dip last week. Great minds think alike. Unfortunately too cold for the smoker but will try again in the summer
Confirmed: Bradley's a double-dipper! lol
Taste tester got a taste for blood! No going back.
Awesome looking dish. Tell you the truth when Brad hit the first dip I cringed cause it looks so beautiful. 🤣 Great vid👍
That looks awesome good. Would you do a show with cooking some organs, like heart or liver.
Just a suggestion maybe put captions for what kinds of cheese you’re using and spices in the montage
Hey Chud..it looks like you have the buffalo chicken sausage recipe instead of the dip under ingredients needed. No worries...I'll watch again and wing it. See what I did there? Lol
👍👍 If I was able to give this episode 2 likes, I would ! so two thumbs up !
Day 1 of asking Brad to make a pastrami sausage!
