Bro start going to the Gym it will help you with your mental health 100% i promise you. Don't be afraid to go to the gym everyone starts at a beginning. It's the end of the journey that counts. Get yourself a nice cut and maybe a much cooler style and you will be good. If you take my advice close to your heart do this: Push(Chest + Triceps) , Pull(Biceps, Back and shoulders) Legs(In general). I believe you start to fucking beat that motherfucker called mental health issues. If you struggle a lot talk to someone!! It's not embarrassing!! I always come back to these Ambience videos because i relax and dream myself into a magical world. You can too! Don't give up!! Trust me life will come much easier to you! @@omarcoko1884 Agree and add: find whether you like long duration/low intensity or short duration/big weights. People's muscles can roughly be divided into those too categories. If you're a beginner use your natural muscle type to your advantage! I happen to like short duration/big weights. So as a beginner, I no longer try to do 4 k runs. Eventually I'll try to improve that side as well. Also follow people online who give tips on how to learn exercise! My current goals are: Be able to do one-legged squat ( just looks so cool) and 10 pull-ups starting with straight arms. The mistake I did in the beginning was trying to do pull-ups, and feeling horrible for not being able to. What I needed to do is to level-up from my current ability: Use low bar and support with my legs, then raise it and eventually will be able to do the real deal! Similarly, for the legs, I am starting with support. It feels amazing to get stronger!

The world of Harry Potter is a safe place for me. Last year I read all books and imagined the world absolutely different in comparison with films. It is so comfy and misterious, so familiar and enternal. Its so relaxing to imagine yourself so far away in a cold medieval room or walking in corridors of Hogwarts or in its surroundings. I have a poor imagination but this world is like already in my head. I just want to say that your music is a final thing that helps me to escape the reality so well. Thank you!

since it’s winter, I have listened to this like every night for that past few days. it’s so relaxing and great for reading. I cannot express how much I love your videos like these, they really make me feel like I’m at hogwarts, and I’ve been trying to shift for so long, these have gotten me the closest I’ve ever been, thanks for making these, it feels like fulfilling a childhood dream.

I have to say…I have listened to this video probably about over 50 times within 2 weeks. It is perfect for reading I just keep coming back every single time I sit down to read. This ambience makes me feel like I’m IN the Harry Potter universe. I am currently re-reading the series and this video is my absolute favorite. @@LucaAnamaria It's like dreaming. But different from dreaming, when shifting, you set intentions before you sleep. So with enough focus, as you fall asleep, you can move your consciousness to a different reality. A lot of people choose to shift to the wizarding world.

I really miss Harry Potter too,doesn't feel the same without it!
