Do you have a take on the recent drama with the tassie parks and wildlife dpt hassling youtubers for filming licences (thousands including insurance. Designed for large movie and tv companies filming in the national parks). Ive seen it pop up in a few places now and it really looks like they are just trying to completely stiffle small content creators in the national parks with laws that were made 20 years ago for large production companies

Levi, I was brought to tears from this. Swimming with humpbacks is my number one bucket list activity. When I was 12, I got to see a feeding frenzy of dozens of humpbacks in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. At one point a huge male surfaced next to the boat. They turned off the engine and I ran to front of the boat to look him in the eye. We stayed there staring at each other for what felt like five minutes. It was one of the most spiritual experiences of my life. One day, I will get to see humpbacks again. Thank you for sharing.

Another way of enjoying and appreciating our beautiful outdoors. Amazing how it seems the whales enjoy the interaction with humans as much as we do with them. As an avid outdoors person, I've been loving the migration this year, seeing whales on a daily bases. Awesome watching Louise and yourself get into the water with these beautiful creatures. This is something I have yet to experience, so at moment living it through you guys. I did manage to get some great drone footage of a Southern Right Whale and her calf just behind the waves, bloody awesome. Golden experiences Levi absolute majestic creatures!!! What wonderful childhood memories your kids will have legend mate 🙌🏼

What a wonderful experience Levi, with your family. That 1000. Boat has given a great opportunity to see and spend some of the coolest time swimming in the Ocean. Those Humback Whales were just as curious of you, and enjoying the meeting of 2 mammal species. Just lovely.

Oh my what a day. l guess fishing became forgotten when these guys came for lunch and a play. You don’t realise how big and powerful they are until they are under your boat. Glad the family had this fantastic adventure and your under water shots were amazing nearly as good as being there ourselves. Looking forward to more days on the water with you and the family, this day one was one in a million that none of you will ever forget. As l have said before Levi you do more for the promotion of Tassie than many of those other so called advertisement that cost the taxpayer thousands and your love for the country shows in every video.

IF you maintain that Yamaha 40 and Boat then Your Grandkids could be running it some day, I found the more you run a Yamaha at correct oil mixture it will run better 10 years from the time you got it. Keep good impellers in it and you have a Long time winner, I too have a deep hulled Bellboy, Love it.

Once again you show us there are treasures more valuable in the world than gold! Things you can't weigh or sell or even hold in your hand! Experiencing this with the family had to bring you 1000x's the riches of any crevice loaded with nuggies! I'd say you are a lucky man Levi, but your hard work makes things happen. The definition of "time well spent"! Cheers :)

I vote for a second channel with 24 hour fish TV 🎉 I had the privilege of swimming with whales in Tonga a few years ago. The guide informed us that the whales liked to interact with people and I was very skeptical. Boy was I wrong, your video bought back great memories.

Absolutely spectacular! An experience of a lifetime for the Tassie Family! It reminds me of when I was a kid in Wales (the old south-west Wales, not the New South one you have down there). For a while we had a "tame dolphin" around the coast of the little village where I was born and raised. One day my mates and I were down by the quay wall in the local harbour just larking around as kids do - splashing in the water - doing some fishing - and the dolphin swam right up to us as we sat on the slip-way with our legs dangling in the water. An experience I'll never forget - he spent half an hour just swimming around us and splashing us playfully. One of the lads grabbed hold of his fin and the dolphin swam a loop around the harbour, bringing him safely back to the slip-way and waiting for him to let go. So many memories. Thanks. Mr. Levi, for continuing to share these and your other experiences - from adventures with Rob and the stories of James McGinty. It’s very daunting swimming in blue water. Seals are the scariest as you don’t usually see them until they are really close and by and they are fast! but what an incredible experience! This is what makes social media great… the fact you can have such a beautiful, personal experience where you must have felt the the luckiest family in the world, and then bring that feeling home and share it with the world is amazing! Awesome Levi.My father(94 years old) use to hunt whales in the Cook Strait NZ.He and all the whalers still alive around Marlborough are now actively involved in monitoring them as they pass through the Strait on the way to Aussie and beyond.He really enjoyed your video.Cheers mate

Awesome. I've worked on a professional line fishing boat, at times 100 + miles out to see, reef being the only land in sight, I've seen whales, huge sharks , even marlin breaching and playing , and it never ceases to amaze me... Great footage Mate....

I must have missed this episode it is incredible !!! I would have been like your wife but dressed as You in My Undies ! No time to change ! Have to get in there !! No thoughts but to just jump in and go see them !!! You out with the Family is a Great thing as well ! I love to see the Kids being showed Nature by their Parents and not having to be taught By the schools only ! There always needs to be Teaching by more then one source and then have the individual decide to choose what both sides brings to them and have the choice to make a decision from that ! Amazing luck you have there. Literally a once in a lifetime event with your family. I Know you have dedicated a good portion of your life to nature and adventure... but I'd still wager this day was Surely one of your top ten best days and a soon to be cherished memory with you and your family. Enjoy these times, for they are the cherry on top of the dessert. I went to Mexico with my family once, we went boat fishing on the northern point in the sea of Cortes on a similarly small boat. It was a lot of fun.... a giant sea lion swam under our boat, it displaced so much water the boat rose like 5 or 6 feet from the displacement and its wake... it also made the beautiful bright blue sea turn black as night as it passed beneath, very cool and fun memories with my family ill never forget... And now you have one to add to your as well. I'd love to have seen those whales. Great video as always. Keep up the good work. And keep being positive. Ignore the negative comments. Sadly they will always be there, some people have nothing better to do than to hate the world and they do not want anyone else to have any love and light in their lives either.... you have many many more people supporting you than the few trying to hinder you. Not to get too out there but i believe with The character and the strength of your ideals.... (morality and honor) added to the power of the mind, added to a positive attitude and reinforced by genuine love and care for people, and the world in general. Never give up and keep pushing forward. You have all the tools to achieve your goals. 👍

UNBELIEVABLE ❤😅😊 I can only imagine the thud and wonder in your chests, especially as you swam with them. I swam with mantarays and whale sharks on the Ningaloo Reef and it was just awe inspiring and kind of shocking in the best way… feeling that way under water can be kind of scary and emotional at the same time but you’re right, as soon as you relax, it’s amazing.

Keep up your amazing videos awesome family adventure and see whales is an amazing experience!! I grow up watching bowhead whales in the Arctic!!!

Nice boat they made stuff well back in the 70’s no surprise it’s still holding together. As far as I understand it from reading the guidelines of drone operation and swimming with whales or dolphins you didn’t violate any rules so hopefully there’s no backlash from this vid (since they are already scrutinizing your every video)… heck of an opportunity levi what a great adventure that turned out to be. Hiya Levi, awesome video mate, and buying a old boat is awesome. I bought one a few years back, it's a 1963 duraglass. It looks like Batman owned it. 😂 it's 18ft and has a windshield with a fiberglass Bikini top, it has the same hump as yours does and it's blue. I'll tell you one thing mate, you will have lots of fun with your family in a boat, summer or winter. And it's looks like your having loads of fun together already. Don't believe anyone who says boat's are a hole in the water that you pour money into. Because it's not true, I have had 5 different boat's in my time, and I loved everyone of them, I still have 3 of them now, just keep up the awesome videos mate, we love watching them too.
