@@WheatThinner if you go to flaneurz.com they have some air forces, filz, and other shoes. They also give you the option to select your own shoes, send them in, and get them converted.

Ooohhh I remember these kinds of shoes when I was a kid. They weren't allowed at school but we still use them nonetheless. Cheers!

you guys did a great job on them, until they broke down!! the idea is good for short urban getting around, but the quality needs to be up-ed by 1000% + redesigned w bigger outdoor wheels and I'd be interested to buy a pair.

THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO! I recently bought these shoes and was wondering if I was the only one having the problem where the front wheels would touch the bottom of the shoe. And they are also very cheap one of my screws broke and now I can’t take off the wheel but they still work. can I ask how did you take apart the wheels axis I can’t seem to figure it out just in case I need to replace a wheel.

So if you would change the wheels to some that are more sturdy they are pretty good? I want some to go skating with my friend that has a skateboard but i dont want to change shoes everytime we go somewhere you know? They could juat hop of the skateboard but i cant really do the same with 'real' rollerskates.

Can you actually walk normal with this sneakers or are the wheels nevertheless touching the floor even tough the wheels aren‘t open? Because I had a similar kind of shoes and the wheels always touched the floor so I couldn‘t walk well. Would be nice if you can answer me that. Thanks 🤗🤗

There are skates who doesn't have toe stoppers as well, the most common thing is T stop

At 4:20 they was an AMAZING prop fall.

Really good idea it's a shame quality is not there. Maybe for kids to use in the supermarket. Just remember this should be good for the girls working for Continente, I remember seeing them in the nineties.

My fiancée is from Cape Town, and that accent is unforgettable. When you asked your wife if she was sore and she replied: “YES! What do you think if I’m sore?!” It sounded exactly like the few times I’ve asked my fiancée similar questions. Anyway this video is fun and cute. Hopefully when the lockdown ends I can get my lady a pair of quad skates and we can skate around town together.

Those are convenient. When I worked in the theatre there was a guy on one broadway show that was on quads half the day till they griped and yelled at him to make him take em off. He was twice as fast as everybody else i asked em " what are u all trying to do, slow down production"????

I will never knock quad skating for what it is. It is the history and precursor to inline skating. I was a hockey player and that started with quad skates in the 80s. Eventually, I went to ice hockey and when inline came out, I still used quads for 2 seasons in roller hockey despite everyone saying inline was the future. Obviously I switched to inlines and the rest was history. I got into aggressive blading and it was the greatest time of my life. While, I always will love quad skating and remember my roots, I just don't get the push to grind on quads. Why? It doesn't look natural and flow, like on inline skates. It just seems to me like they are trying to be something they are not. Don't get me wrong, there is a place for quads. For learning the mechanics of skating and if you want to get extreme, I feel Rollerderby should only be done on quads. It looks more natural and flows better than inline, the same way grinding is better on inline. Not to mention the history of Rollerderby on quads is undesputible. Basically what I'm saying is that I feel both skate types can AND should exist, but for their OWN reasons. Don't try to be what you are not. No hate quad skaters, I love you guys and all skaters.
