Larnell was a replacement for their regular drummer who had a passport issue and couldn't make the recording session. He flew in hearing the music in rough form on the plane over. He gets in and is delayed at the airport for hours, reaches the gig and smashed it cold.

The first half in the video titled: " Snarky Puppy - "We like it here" Documentary ," can give more context into why Larnell's performance was so extraordinarily impressive for anyone curious.

Also, the small audience all are hooked up to bluetooth ‘Silent Disco’ headphones which are connected to the main feed from the mixing console.

Upon laying down this track, Larnell wept, for there were no more worlds to conquer…

One of my top 10 favourite guitar solos! It really does feel like someone saying 'What About Me?' The dissonance at the start is them feeling left out, and then when people finally start paying attention they show off with the shredding.

The 4K DVD is a blast to just watch straight through. The drummer Larnell Lewis just dropped in after learning all the parts on the 7 hour flight. Tight Tight Tight!

I love reactions to this song. Your faces dropped when that guitar came in: like, "Oh, you're doing that now, are you?" Yes, he is. And he's going to take it full-on 😂

Looking forward to your review of Lingus (same album), as I see many have already said. I've watched many reactions to Lingus and still enjoy watching new ones - especially when you know how to do the side-to-side funky head bop. Found you guys thru the Xanadu reaction, which was great.
