I watched numerous times and the trans am car is definitely the great car to drive

I think I watched this movie at least 1,000 times as a kid, I remember every line by heart, and still do..

1:03 looks like the copper has just spotted the bandit screeching round the corner and goes after him

I wonder how the Bandit doesn't run out of gas

I am a Trucker and this movie inspired me to drive an 18 wheeler. Trucks Now-N-Days are goverened at 65mph and DOT Regulations only allows 11 hours drive in a 14 hour workday with a 70 hour/8 day workweek

You know what would make this movie better? A crap ton of CGI, Shaky Cam(tm) and Lens Flares(tm).
