Best Smoked Turkey Breast Recipe -
Used PAM for the binder to holder on the rubs.
Added Killers Hogs AP Rub and Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub to all sides of the Turkey Breasts.
Fired up the Pit Boss 1600 to 250 Degrees.
Placed the Turkey Breasts on the Pit Boss and let them smoke until the reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Took 1 Hour and 25 Minutes to get these turkey breasts to proper internal temperature.
Removed from the Pit Boss and kept them covered on foil for around 10 minutes, then sliced them up and had a great dinner.

    nice score on them tenderloins hard to find.. not bad color little lite, but it is a pellet grill. nice job
