Smoked Venison Meatballs on the Pit Boss Bro Series 1600 Elite
Ingredients -
2 Pounds Ground Venison
2 Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Killer Hogs Texas Brisket Rub
Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub
Directions -
Mix all ingredients into a bowl and ensure they are all combined together.
Make your meatballs to the size you want, I made these pretty large meatballs probably about the size of 2 golf balls.
Fire up smoker to 250 degrees
Put on meatballs and let them smoke until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
